Playa Poniente: Comfortable apartment block "Velazquez", 8 storeys. In the resort 800 m from the centre of Benidorm, in a busy, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach, road to cross. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking space n 58 at the house at 200 m. Dimension: height 250 cm width 500 cm. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Armada espanyola 13" 15 m, railway station "Benidorm" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Terrra Mitica 8 km, Terra Natura 8 km, Aqualandia 11 km, Mundomar 11 km, Alicante 43 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 57 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
