Location good, plenty of room

The host ignored us on WhatsApp and left us and our children in the street with no contact for 2 hours and then a lady with no English arrived and made excuses that her daughter wasn’t informed by the host of our arrival Booking.com were useless to help also Cooker and coffee machine didn’t work and black hairs were in bedding and floors We left after 3 days of a weeks booking as it was not suitable as stated in advertisement

Great accomodation for family or friends

Excellent location. Spotless clean. Very comfortable beds and crisp, fresh linen. Very light and airy appartment. The balcony has solid sides so it's very private, and right on the beachfront. There is a lift and a swimming pool, although pool is closed in December, understandable. Will keep this as a favourite for next trip to Benidorm.

Bath towels were on the small side, and a spare toilet roll would be useful.....err..err that's it really.

Ladies' annual benidorm stay 2023

This apartment was fabulous, modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable beds, memory foam matresses, and lovely bedding. Very comfortable. I slept in the small bunk bedroom, and even the bottom bunk was fine and comfy for an adult. We were a group of ladies and stayed 20 -24 april. The view from the apartment was fabulous to wake up to every morning to enjoy a coffee and to relax on and watch the sun set of an evening. Perfect location. In the peace of the old town overlooking poinette Beach. Supermarket within 5 min walk, places to eat and drink. It's about 10€ in a taxi from benidorm strip, a new town of an evening. Hope we can stay here again next year. The owner met us and gave us a tour of the facilities and was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing the apartment did not have was a kettle to make a cuppa with so we had to microwave our cups of water to makd a coffee, which we got used to, so you may want to bring a travel kettle, but this did not bother us too much.

Oh my gosh, the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing time. The apartment had everything we needed it was a perfect home from home experience. The balcony and an added bonus were sitting there every morning and evening watching the world go by. The view was stunning. We will most definitely be back.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing I could say was that it was a shame the pool wasn't open yet. But with the beach just across the road, it was no big deal.

Nice apartment in Poniente, the best area of Benidorm, within walking distance to all the fuss.

Very nice and updated apartment with air-condition units in all rooms (3 in total - both hot and cold air), and basic supplies in the kitchen area. First-line apartment on 5th floor with magnificent sea-view from the living room and terrace, and a feeling of direct connection to the promenade and the beach. Good service from owner: We was met directly in front of the building and the apartment was preheated before our arrival. So nice!!

Everything was really good, very clean Apartment, the view from the Balcony was amazing with the Sea directly there! Alot of restaurants and shops and supermarkets just under the Building! The weather was amazing the Sea water as well!! The Staff (Manoli) was very very friendly and we could understand each other in spite of language barrier 😄 I loved our Stay, was worth the Money, will do it surely again! Thank you ❤️

Lovely apartment in a great location, could be so much better with a little bit more attention to detail.

Very nice apartment, clean and well kept. All the beds are singles and have comfortable memory foam mattresses. Nice balcony with a perfect view over the beach and seafront. Fully equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning in the main living area and two of the bedrooms. Two very nice bathrooms, the en-suite one is a good size and has shower over bath. The main bathroom is slightly smaller, but has a wonderful walk-in monsoon shower. The location is perfect with easy access to the town and a selection of bars and restaurants right under the building.

Not so much “didn’t like”, but more “could be better” with just a little bit more attention to detail this would be an excellent apartment to holiday in. The lady that looks after the apartment and meets you with the key doesn’t speak much English, but she does have a very good translator app on her phone. There were a few dirty plates in the dishwasher when we arrived (as we never used the dishwasher, we left them there - sorry!) We never did find out where the main rubbish bins were for the building so took the rubbish out each day and used the street bins. The pool didn’t have any sun loungers and there is no pool or beach equipment kept in the appt. that you can make use of. It would have been so handy if there were a couple of beach towels and chairs to make use of. The pool wasn’t in use anyway, there were signs up saying the pool water wasn’t suitable for bathing, although these were taken down two days before we left. It may have had something to do with the exterior building work that was going on (lots of noise everyday) and we weren’t made aware of this before we arrived. The third bedroom is very small with bunk beds and barely enough room to close the door. I would say it’s about 8ft x 6ft, so bare this in mind if you intend to make use of all the beds. The people who live in the apartment next door were up and out (noisily) by 7am every morning. The balcony furniture is not very comfortable and the wicker chairs are very low. You only get one small bath towel and hand towel per person, there are no spares left in the appt. There is only one toilet roll in each bathroom. There is one tea towel, but there is no washing up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc. There are no condiments etc., so be prepared to buy everything if you intend to use the kitchen for cooking your own meals.

Nice appartment at the boulevard

Great location and view. Lots of space in the living room and on the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with big fridge.

I agree with the previous guest. The couch was not comfortable, it was too deep, you need the cushons from the bedroom to be able to sit decently. No explanation (or manual) of the satellite TV, therefore it could not be used. - No safety deposit box present and no airport shuttle available (as indicated by Booking.com).

Location excellent- quieter part of Benidorm. Lots of choice of places to eat and supermarkets. Very clean apartment. Very smart furnishings. Great balcony. Good soundproofing from neighbours. We were able to arrive early when we asked.

Only 3 sheets of toilet paper left per bathroom! No soap or shower gel.... ... know it is self catering but a little bit mean. Not easy to find apartment or to enter building. No number on apartment door. Advertised with " net flix " or similar... but only Spanish normal cable tv.

Spectacular

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped beach front apartment. Location perfect for our group - group of 6 women, safe and secure. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy to get to old town , just a short walk or taxi to new town approx €10. Will definitely be back 👍

La verdad tiene muy buenas vistas el apartamento está bien. Tiene buen menaje. Pero lastimosamente al llegar vi que el lavado de manos de la habitación estaba atascado no funcionaba bien pero para no molestar la dueña no le he dicho nada al irme del piso me ha cobrado 60€. Por mano de obra de desatascar. Que no le pase a nadie más. Pues Ami nunca me había pasado en ninguna estancia.

Accesible y muy bonito

La ubicación inmejorable y que en general el apartamento es muy accesible. No es necesario subir ni un solo escalón para llegar y uno de los baños tiene una ducha rás de suelo que resulta muy útil. Nada de ruido de fiestas ni de bares por la noche. Sólo el mar. Se descansa muy bien.

En general estaba todo muy limpio pero había una sábana y una funda de dredon que tenían manchas de sangre de las que quedan cuando no frotas y eso daba muy mala impresión. Estoy segura de que es anecdótico porque todo lo demás estaba impoluto, pero son detallitos que hay que cuidar.

Todo fenomenal. Excelente ubicación y vistas al mar, el edificio dispone de piscina y el apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, amplio y disponibilidad de camas, comodidad de los colchones, dos baños, cocina equipada, mobiliario cuidado de todas las habitaciones. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Trato amable y flexible. Para repetir.

En junio hay disponibilidad para aparcar en la zona pero estaría bien poder aparcar en el edificio.
