Brilliant for a three night getaway without breaking the bank.

Located in a quiet area, check in was simple and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of fresh linen & spare pillows available.

Decent place to stay, super central but avoid using the pullout sofa.

Clean, large apartment with full kitchen. Super central location only a few blocks back from the street, supermarket and heaps of resturant options

The pull out bed was horrendously uncomfortable - like bad enough that you should just book a whole other apartment if you need a second bed. I would move on it and the springs would squike and poke you, it also sagged to the bottom. Also noise insolution from the front door of the apartment to the hallway was bad - had one night of drunken people returning at 2am and lingering in the hallway wake me up and keep me up for ages.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments, with its cleanliness, amenities and proximity to the beach and old town

Location was excellent. 2 minute walk to the old town beach and promenade. Apartment was spotless with all the amenities needed for our stay. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.

Accidentally left our keycard and phone in the apartment on our last morning as we were going for breakfast before our taxi to the airport. Tried numerous times to contact the ‘24 hour phone line’ from a phone in a nearby hotel, with no answer. Luckily after an hour the cleaner happened to turn up. Please do not state it’s a “24 hour phone line “ if it is not.

Our stay is super 👌👌

The apartment is perfect for us. My kids love’s there stay. It is clean and complete kitchen ware, clean towels and bedsheets. Easy check in and out. Fast communication with the staff.

Maybe I suggest some electric fan on the bedroom since the aircon is placed on the living room.

Perfect all around no faults would stay again

The property was easy to find. Staff were very helpful sending images of the building and entrance code. Very faultless service. The apartment was very clean and has everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable even the sofa bed with a thick mattress instead of the usual cheap thin ones.

Great Apartment in the Old Town

The apartment was clean and fully stocked, with all essential appliances and equipment. Located in the old town, it is a 5 minute walk to tapas alley and 10 minutes to the beach. The host was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the local area. We will definitely check availability when coming back to Benidorm.

Nice apartment, we stayed as 4 young girls was clean and spacious enough for what we needed for 2 nights. 5 minute walk from the beach front which has really nice brunch restaurants along the front.

The area the apartment was in was very local, I found most of the locals were rude and didn’t like us staying in their area. Was about a 20 minute walk to the strip/main area of Benidorm. Slight smell of drains especially when toilet flushed.

The apartment was very nice with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was nice to have a bottle of water left for guest use but my only complaint is that the bottle was not a bottle and I believe filled with tap water.

Great location, nice bathroom, new, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Bathroom towels were quite nice. And on our super hot day of arrival, it was nice that they provided a one-liter bottle of water for us in the room.

There was no one at the reception desk to let us in the building when we arrived, so we had to wait outside of the building until another resident with a card went in --.thankfully they didn't stop us from following them in. (Another group was already waiting outside when we arrived; same problem.) Once inside, we had to phone the manager to figure out how to get our key, as did the other group. (We had arrived during the time we said we would be there.) Aside from this check-in problem, which should be easily fixed, everything else was great.

Extremely clean, small but well appointed apartment. Quality linen and towels with some nice touches- washing machine tablets, coffee and filters available. Reception not constantly manned but very fast response to any queries. Definitely recommend and we are already booked to stay again

Good instructions for key collection / check-in on arrival (thought we would be charged extra for late check-in but this wasn't the case). Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Convenient enough location for Old Town. Good value for money.

Was very loud at night into early hours due to local cafe across the street.. Locals were letting off full-on fireworks immediately outside the front door when we arrived which was a bit scary! Couldn't get Netflix to work on the TV (no instructions).
