Family trip to Benidorm

This was our 2nd time staying at Atlantida. The hotel is in a great location in the quieter old town and is very easy to get to. The staff are great and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The best thing about it is the amazing views from the balcony

Manager was not nice, rest of staff ok, no cleaning of room, just at end of our week when we left, not very helpful mana

Location was great and kitchen was good.

Bathroom had dampness and a lot of insects coming out of rotten woodwork in it. My bed had insects in it and I got bite several times and had a lot of discomfort from it, when I said to manager and showed her my bites she never showed any empathy or apologised just got cleaning staff to change bed linen.

Perfectly located self catering accommodation

The apartments are well located, close to public transport and the centre of Benidorm. The Old town location is ideal as it is more sedate than the strip and the new town. The apartments are fantastic - well-equipped, plenty of space and a fabulous balcony space too. Perfect for sitting to watch the world go by. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and the former Coach & Horses beneath the apartments was a firm favourite of ours. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk for supplies as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was handy that there were laundry facilities, too - it saves you taking heaps of clothes with you!

The only minor thing I would feed back is the fact the new hotel next to the apartments have their rooftop pool area looking directly over your balcony so there is not the same level of privacy as there used to be before the hotel was built. However, it didn't spoil our stay.

The appartment is basic , clean, good shower , plenty storage & they leave you to youre own devices but are there to help anytime. View & location ticks all the boxes . Large supermarket a few minutes away with all you need, cafe restaurants on doorstep.

- beds really comfy - room clean - staff friendly - the perfect location so close to old town - the view was stunning - lots of space - big fridge and a freezer -WiFi is really good Would stay again for sure

This is a very small gripe but there wasn’t a huge selection of cups/ knives. But got used to just one cup each and they did say we can ask for more.

Location is fabulous directly across the road from the sea. What a view to wake up to every day. And the lovely restaurants below the apartments serve food/drinks. Some very nice cocktails 🍸 👌

The lighting in the main room which was a studio was very poor. No bedside lamps or switch beside the beds so it meant getting out of the bed to turn out the ceiling light. More than 1 socket in the kitchen is needed so one can use more than 1 electric appliances at a time. The bathroom door needs replacing as it's all warped and coming apart at the bottom most likely due to wetting from the shower.

Sea views to die for!

Fabulous location in the old town of Benidorm. Big bright airy room with loads of storage and the best sea views ever! Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable. No daily cleaning service which we love. New towels only available every 3 days which isn't enough in my opinion, but I never had any bother getting clean ones when I asked. I've stayed here multiple times and will be back again!
