Great apartments.

Clean, comfortable and well located

Really easy check in and hosts communicated well throughout. Comfortable apartment and super clean. Facilities fine for a short stay but wouldn't be that good if you wanted to cook night after night. Nice balcony.

A great and comfortable stay

The apartment is in a great location and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was clean. The kitchen had all the facilities and utensils required. Would definitely return.

Nice place if you’re lucky enough to get a room that the sun hits

Had everything u needed good location

I had asked for a sea view It didn’t bother me to be honest about the view but our balcony had NO sun whatsoever and in January this made the room very cold and we love sitting on the balcony on holidays unfortunately we couldn’t it was so cold so unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again as you can’t book a room facing the sun in winter

Christmas Break at Ribera

The two chaps who covered the reception were lovely and extremely helpful. The apartment had everything needed and if you felt it was missing anything, reception were great at providing it for you. It was clean, and although small, was well appointed. The shower was fantastic. The lift was very welcomed after a long day/night out. The apartments are in a quiet, residential area, but still only just up the hill from the amenities of Old Town. The weather was cold and at times very wet, when we were there, but the heater (part of the air-conditioning unit) was relatively easy to use and worked well, heating the lounge area quickly.

The bathroom had no fan. With 3 adults showering each morning, it became extremely wet and misty with the amount of condensation. The water often ran out of the shower soaking the floor infront of it. We had to use a hand towel to catch/soak up the water and then used the bath mat/towel to step onto to dry feet. Sofa bed a little noisy/squeaky and could of been comfier, but was ok for 1 adult for 4 nights.

Just what you need !

Great location to old town is a 20 mins walk to central . Apartments are well equipped clean and the hosts are friendly - second stay here and I would return for sure !

Better instructions for the card and where to tap it to gain entry , although we got in a few other guests had the same problem.

Excellent place to stay, the apartment was lovely, it had everything I needed, the guy on reception was brilliant, always polite and helpful, I recommend this apartment for people who want the quieter break in Benidorm, the location is excellent with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect break in the sun

This is my 3rd time staying here, the location is perfect in the heart of the Old Town, And the beach is a 10 minute walk away, The staff are friendly and helpful, This time I stayed in the Penthouse which was stunning with spectacular views and sunsets

A fantastic place with great staff.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.. Before I arrived at the hotel, my passport was stolen and staff assisted me in applying for an emergency passport - using their computer - and even took my photo for the emergency passport!! I cannot imagine how difficult things would have been, otherwise. Also, these are lovely apartments.

The location, the space and decor in the apartments, the friendly staff and the cleanliness. They were able to accommodate our request to stay a little longer on the last day too which was amazing

One of our apartment’s windows all looked onto internal walls, so no views which felt strange and a bit claustrophobic for me. Plus there was no pool which we knew about, but that would have added to the stay. However the beach is a five minute walk so it was ok

I like everything, stayed here for the second time and will come back again. The location is perfect, 2 min from the beach and Mercadona. You are in between Levante and Poniente side so can choose where to go. Quiet area at night, very nice staff, apartment has everything I needed. They have laundry and bathroom if you want to take a shower after checkout. Very convenient. Excellent place

Peace amongst the bustle

We arrived earlier than expected but fortunately our apartment was ready. We were on the 7th floor with a nice view of the sea. The apartment was spotless clean and was very well equipped to suit our needs. The location was ideal with the old town resturants & bars in striking distance. The area itself was quiet at night. The communal areas were very clean & tidy and we had our bathroom towels changed after 3 days. The reception was open between 9 & 4 and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend away

Loved it! There was a group of 9 of us for a weekend away, we had an apartment on the 2nd floor and the penthouse suite. Both super clean, very comfy beds, sofa beds already made up for us too! The Penthouse was incredible and I would highly recommend, incredibly peaceful sleep! Will definitely be returning with my other half and the girls are looking to do the same with their families. Shout out to the wonderful people at reception too 🤍 so welcoming and they kept our bags safe after check out and offered us a shower before the flight home if needed! See you soon 🙌🏼

Perfect stay

Our stay was literally perfect. We had everything we needed, the apartment is clean, close to everything, we had Mercadona nearby, Poniente and Levante side and of course the Old town. Host was very nice and helpful, I have nothing to complain about. And was surprised with the really quiet area in the middle of the old town.

Extremely noisy apartments - was glad to go home

Staff at the part time reception were friendly and helpful Ok location short walk to shops

Extremely noisy - says the place is sound proofed absolutely no way is it - actually the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. The central windows look upon each other in a square, as lots of groups stay here in particular young men they merely open the windows and yell to each room - at night you can even hear all the snoring ..with the window shut it’s that bad, not to mention the flats next door and all the noise from adjoined rooms. No welcome pack, not even a tea bag ! The cleaner was pointless all she did was change the bed once in the week - cleaned nothing at all and relies on not speaking any other language to be very unhelpful. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it at all for any one who would like to relax on holiday.
