Clean easy to access with check in and clear instructions, communication really good and once apartment was cleaned we checked in early… asked cleaner for a blanket which she supplied immediately

Kettle did not work but there was a coffee machine that we used to boil the water instead so wasn’t really a problem

Great location comfy one bed flat.

We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. One bed apartment 1st floor. Very comfy apartment with everything you really need in great location in the Old Town. Nice comfy and clean. Very smooth accommodation process and great communication with the host. We are definitely coming back soon.

The kettle was not working so we were unable to make a cup of tea. That needs to be done. There are no views from the windows as they are facing inner little patio inside which makes the apartment dark.

The location was very convenient for the old town. Good storage space available.

It was cold, with no heat in bathroom or bedroom. very sparse without even a picture on the wall. Bed was shoved up against the wall, so once person had difficulty getting in and out of bed from the bottom. Broken shower, so you had to hold the shower head as it couldn’t be connected to the wall due to broken fixing. No shower gel or soap.

Fantastic location very clean and comfortable

The property was lovely in a great location and very clean and bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and included washing up liquid and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine.

We only had 1 towel each for a 3 night stay but no hairdryer or towel to dry hair. Everything else was perfect.

We had a 3 nignt stay

The location was brilliant, very spacious, and perfect for us as we went with friends, so we had our own bathrooms. Rooms were fully equipped. Everything you need for a weekend stay. We didn't really hear much noise once the doors were shut. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect weekend

This apartment was amazing, so much room, so clean and perfect location. So easy to find right behind the yellow submarine bar. The kitchen had everything you'd need if you wanted to eat at home, having 2 bathrooms was perfect for 2 couples. We were on the top floor (4) so we had the biggest balcony. Everything was just great and will definitely be using these apartments again.

Some drilling on the Saturday morning, but didn't bother us as we were off out for the day. No drilling Sunday.

Perfect stay, would have no problem booking again

I was informed via whatsapp, 2 days prior to my arrival date, to expect information on access on the day of my arrival. Before even leaving the UK I had a message with all the information needed - Address, check-in time, floor and door number, code to access the building, and safe for the key and WIFI - Very informative.

There was not anything I could comment on in regards to dislikes. A plug socket next to the mirror for straighteners and hair dryer is my only criticism.

Lovely to have 2 bathrooms, powerful shower, clean & tidy throughout, very close to town & beach, modern furniture & feel to the place, large fridge, balcony nice & good size, quiet in hotel.

Hairdryer didn’t work, maybe needed air con in bedrooms but they were not too hot if leave the doors open, needed additional bathroom towels, extractor fan in bathroom could be more powerful.

Advertised as with balcony, apartment 1 does not even have a window in the main room. The corridor to the bathroom and the bathroom both have small windows that open onto a 10ft wide yard filled with Aircon units. The whole place smelled strongly of bad drains constantly. To make it worse, there are building works happening both side, and the banging and drilling starts at 8am on the dot until early evening. My 16 year old daughter would not go on or out on her own due the the number of construction workers around the entrance all day that would talk to her as she came and left

Modern, renovated, has washing machine and balcony, has kitchen appliances, bathrooms were clean

The bed was broken before we arrived, host replied but never fixed it. Bath towels had lipstick stains on them, not enough bed sheets, and i doubt they were clean. No view as well.

The apartment was bright and clean and close to Parque De Elche.

The hotel directly behind is being refurbished, so the noise was very bad from 7am throughout the day

Building work could not be helped but we should have been notified. The smell from the drains was disgusting. drains

Lovely apartment, 2 things that ruined it for us. 1. The building work next door started at 7:30am it sounded like they were drilling in the room it was so loud. 2 the smell coming up the drains was unbearable. We had to cover the shower drain, put the toilet seat down and the plug in the sink.
