Location, size, lots of natural light
Very small lift, was difficult with 2 kids and strollers

Lots of room, was clean and tidy, iron & washing machine were very helpful, felt safe
Wifi doesn’t work- contacted them about this and gave us another wifi that also didn’t work so that was quite annoying as service was generally bad in the building too.
Bathroom had a sewage smell (that definitely wasn’t us lol) but it was quite pungent when entering the property
Could have done with some extra bedding during the colder months

The location was very convenient for the old town. Good storage space available.
It was cold, with no heat in bathroom or bedroom. very sparse without even a picture on the wall. Bed was shoved up against the wall, so once person had difficulty getting in and out of bed from the bottom. Broken shower, so you had to hold the shower head as it couldn’t be connected to the wall due to broken fixing. No shower gel or soap.
