We found it really difficult to access the property, we had to ask a local person to help us get in, we are in our 80s and not very good with the internet which you had to use to get in, , luckily there was a set of keys in the apartment, which we could use.

Perfect location

Perfect location for the old town and tapas alley. Close to the seafront so we enjoyed a lovely stroll along the promenade. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Great value for money.

A few days in the sun

Great location, easy to find. Smooth hassle free access using the app and not having to carry keys around.

Lock broken on bedroom patio door. Getting into the property was a bit of a hassle as phone number didn’t work so had to rely on messaging which was slow. Parking was difficult, we had to park further away and taxi in with cases.

Perfect location and accommodation for our short, family stay

The location was excellent, just a short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning and ceiling fans were in every room. There were plenty of everything in the kitchen and there were little extras like the plug adapters.

The breakfast wasn’t to our liking, personal choice, but the breakfast foods, bread, jam, juice, milk etc that were available were all good quality. The only small quibble we had was that the shower tray hadn’t been rinsed down adequately. Every where else was spotless,

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is great, very central close to all the amenities and the beach is a couple of minutes walk. The check in process is easy and felt very safe. The host is very friendly and helpful, always on hand for any queries. The apartment itself is great, very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for long stays. The breakfast included the 1st day was a really nice touch and very well appreciated after arriving really late the night before. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent

Needs updating. The balcony doors were broke so with it not being summer just yet it got quite cold and the apartment layout was bad so didn't flow properly. There were no extra blankets, told the guy who was looking after us but he didn't seem to care.

Ideally placed for my family, I travelled with my husband, mother and grandmother. Good communication initially. Air conditioning was welcome.

Unfortunately the equipment in the apartment were a bit old. Sat on one chair for the first time and the wooden plug at the back gave way to the side and it broke at the side as I tipped out. I am recovering from a broken leg and have an ilizarov cage that I could of damaged and injured myself. The table in the kitchen is wobbly and has had a botched repair through the top of the table. Was hard to shut the patio doors in the living room area. Toilet door lock also got stuck, which was reported to owner. Didn't use the lock after that. A lot of noise from the street through the night. We had a few cochroaches through the week, which is probably normal for a private residence, but still shocked my gran. I have been charged for the broken chair, even though it wasn't fit to sit on in the first place. It has put me off booking a private place and in future will stick to hotels and complex apartments.

Short stay

Lovely apartment, everything we needed , only stayed short stay. Able to contact hosts any time with questions. Car park just up the road. 24 euros for 24 hrs,. We parked car and did not use for stay so knew it was close by. Close to shops and sea.

It caused me many anxious moments trying to pay online security deposit. The host requests you pay to their online banking. Was sent link after link ,which I just didn't understand or it didn't work. I'm the end contacted booking.com and they sorted.

Location, price, layout

pillows too few and too thin. Towel for drying dishes and oven cloth would have been helpful. No mirror in master bedroom One towel per person was not enough a spare whilst washing other would be good. Also reading lights so one could read whilst other slept would have been helpful. These were all minor issues given in good faith as feedback to continually improve what is a lovely apartment.

Nice spacious apartment, clean, location good for beach, restaurant and shops.

My only thought was the master bedroom., the window had shutters outside when up no privacy needs light net curtain up. One part of window was a mesh not glass so room got cold although heater in room. However it did allow outside noise to become loud and annoying early morning 7am onwards or late revellers at night. Windows at front of apartment would I think benefit fro some form of curtain.

The apartment really nice with three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning. Good location nearby the beach. The kitchen equipe with everything that you will needs for comfortable staying.

We had some difficulties with online key of apartment. But the owner was always in touch with us. it’s will be great to have freshener and shower gel in bathroom.

The shower would run cold after a couple of people had used it and there were 5 of us staying in apartment. However I’m not sure if it maybe runs off solar panels and we were there in December so this maybe had an effect on shower heat?
