Lovely apartment & good location.

The apartment was lovely. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Pool right outside. Showers were hot and aircon worked great in 38°. Good location, shop just down the road and only short walk down to the sea front shops and bars. Close to old town.

Only down side was only 2 sets of keys and with 3 couples staying was awkward if had separate plans. And a small thing but mirrors in the bedrooms would be good as trying to share one in the hall way when getting ready and the bathrooms were in use was a faff

Lovely apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay, good location but at the top of a big hill. Supermarket close by. Love that the pool is just outside of the apartment

Great place to stay in Benidorm

I stayed with 3 friends, all bedrooms and furniture were great, beds were comfy, bar and swimming pool next door to apartment. Easy to catch bus outside to centre by scanning QR code on lamp-post to see when next bus comes. Also frequent taxis passing. Host was friendly, can't ask for any more. Thank you.

Did not know what apartment number we stayed in, was hard to order a takeaway as no number on front door. (Minor detail, everything was great!)

A lovely apartment with plenty of room, patio door straight out to swimming pool and small cafe. All my family had a comfortable stay. Modern facilities. The lady who cleans the main building was exceptionally helpful.

It was further than I thought to the main Levante beach and English side of Benidorm. A bus ride there and taxi ride back. However, the bus and taxi stop was right outside and only took 7 minutes.

Great location, stunning 3 bedroom apartment on ground floor, close to the old town area.

The property is part of the general dated residential tower block that doesn't look the best from outside but was seriously one of the nicest places we have stayed in around the world so far once we opened the door. Very modern inside, very quiet and with all the facilities you would expect and need and all of a high standard. Washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc. Two bedrooms, three bedrooms, beautifully lounge and kitchen areas. All double glazed and all rooms have a heat pump. Nice art works. Fancy lighting, TVs, wifi Two great communial swimming pools to use, one right outside the back door including safety gate if you have kids, the other one is huge, down the hill and steps. bar next door in adjacent block open morning to late at night, supermarket shop and other facilities all nearby. Short 10min down hill walk to the beach at the old town area. Local free parking may also be available. The host was great. Property was clean and although I usually do a property report for all the places I have stayed around the world using booking.com, I seriously didn't find anything wrong with this property from a maintenance point of view , which is a first. It was lovely and I could easily live there. Well done! The host could just do with doing an instruction booklet of the apartment features, close by facilities and amenities and places of interest for guests to better find their way around. We are from New Zealand and have never been here before so a heads up would have been nice.

Unfortunately the bed we slept in, near the laundry area was one of the worst I have ever slept in. It was too soft and we soon sunk in and we both rolled together and couldn't easily get out of the rut in the mattress and I woke after a few hours sleep with a bad back and had to sleep on the couch the rest of the night. We would have given excellent rating all the way through if it wasn't for this bed and also stayed another night if it wasn't for this bed. Such a shame really.

La ubicación muy buena, tiene un aparcamiento gratuito y grande al lado, a pocos minutos andando de la playa de poniente y el centro de Benidorm. Es un bajo pero todo exterior y luminoso con salida directa a la piscina de la urbanización. Muy recomendable si quieres estar tranquilo pero bien comúnicado y cerca de todo lo turístico.

Nada, todo estuvo muy bien. Por decir algo, las camas supletorias de las habitaciones parecían un poco duras, pero para un niño o alguien que pese poco está genial.

Buen alojamiento

Esta a pie de piscina, solo hay que abrir la puerta de cristal y ya accedes. El estar en el apartamento a pie de piscina con su cesped verde es muy agradable. Hay 3 piscinas mas. El anuncio indica que estan cerradas, pero nosotros fuimos en julio 2025 y estaban abiertas. Hay un supermercado justo al lado. Puedes ir andando a la zona del paseo donde hay tiendas y restaurantes. Dispone de 3 habitaciones con 1 cama doble cada una, 1 sofa cama en el salon y dos camas supletorias individuales que nosotros pusimos en una misma habitación. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salon.

Aunque hay una explanada para aparcar al lado, el parking está complicado, al menos un fin de semana de mitad de julio, pero realmente es complicado en casi todas las zonas...

Sorprendida de que sea tan real al anuncio.

Os cuento que me sorprendió ser tan exacto a las fotos. La limpieza. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Los baños están completísimos. Aíre acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y TV. Además una cama supletoria en todas. Los colchones están en muy buen estado. Y que decir de la piscina.... Perfecta limpia en la misma puerta. Césped natural muy agradable. Y un armario lleno de todo lo que puedas necesitar en la casa. Solo necesitas tu ropa y toalla de playa el resto lo proporciona el apartamento. He reservado para estar con la familia y todos están contentísimos. Encima a cien metros párking gratuito. Que más se puede pedir.

Lo único que no me gustó la calle empinada jajaja pero eso sería hablarlo con el ayuntamiento.

Un viaje para recordar!!

Un apartamento muy completo, remodelado buena iluminación, con todo el menaje para disfrutar la cocina. Éramos un grupo de 8 adultos, donde todos quedamos a gusto de la ubicación y limpieza. Volveré a ojos cerrados!!

Relax a benidorm

Struttura con vista mozzafiato con una bella piscina esterna . Ideale per una giornata di relax

Nel nostro soggiorno la casa ha avuto delle pecche di pulizia . Ma con il proprietario abbiamo trovato un punto di incontro risolvendo il problema che si era presentato . Consiglio solo di fornire foto e indicazioni migliori per poter arrivare al cancello giusto della struttura in modo da velocizzare il check-in . Nella media un ottimo appartamento mi strutturato in chiave moderna . L struttura non era pulita nel modo favorevole a passare la notte ma grazie alla disponibile del proprietario abbiamo risolto il problema domande soddisfatti della soluzione trovata . Consiglio a tutti per Esperienza rilassante
