Disappointing because I do like the location and the privacy

Location and price

The beds in 3b really uncomfortable because the wooden slats underneath have no spring left in them it gave my usband a really sore back so we moved to the sofa in the living room and it wasn’t much better after a few days I found that there was a wooden slats missing under the sofa and I found it in the utility area. We contemplated moving to somewhere else but decided just to put the mattresses on the floor.

Enjoyed Benidorm. Apartment as advertised but could do with being upgraded to a more modern standard.

Sofa very uncomfortable. No tea towels. Only one towel for a week. Had to pay extra for internet and English tv. Neighbours smoking on the interior hallway/window. Smoke entering apartment through washing machine area.

Location, easy to get everywhere from here Plenty of instant hot water Shower was really good Plenty of towels and sheets Washing machine available Big fridge and freezer Big balcony (but noisy) It seems a safe building

Location. It was good but we were on a lower floor (as requested) but it was on a noisy main road. The shop below started opening at 06.00 am so when the shutters were open, the noise was horrendous!!! The kitchen equipment is pretty much rubbish. Cork screw was broken and sellotaped together, really!!! We went to the office (which is a good way away on the seafront) to report it. He gave us another one. The office is where you have to return the keys to as well. Very inconvenient as we had an early start!!! Key pick up and return process really not good!!!! The settee (second bed in the living room) was uncomfortable. One of the slates was missing and dipped in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the floor with the settee cushion and the pull out mattresses (which was very thin) No air conditioning, it’s only available between June - September. We went October and it was very hot!!! NO TV & WIFI, only available, if you PAY EXTRA. you have to go to the office to organise, annoying. All furniture, very dated as is the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen tiny, postage stamp size

I loved the location

I didn't like the fact that I had to stay out on the street all night as there is no where open after 0330 to collect a key, we arrived at 0345 due to a flight delay so just missed the dead line, it's appalling that 2 senior ladies were stranded on the street until 10am the following morning.

The location is very good. Not far from beach and several places for food and drinks. Pool excellent. Apartment had comfortable beds, large balcony.

Apartment could be upgraded. Instead of the bath, a shower would be better, as other apartments have done.

Terrible beds

The Apartment was nice & clean & in a great location. Security was very good. The pools, sun loungers and pool area was perfect.

The beds in our one bedroom apartment were very comfortable but the sofa beds in the living room ruined our holiday experience. We ended up trying to sleep on the floor. The mattresses were too thin & made from a foam like material. You could feel the wooden lats through the mattresses. We had to put both mattresses on the floor to try get some sleep. This was also very uncomfortable & made it very difficult to sleep as you could feel the hard floor through the mattresses. The pillows were also very thin & flimsy. We requested extra pillows which were delivered quickly & helped a bit. It was a shame as apart from the beds everything would have been great.

Bad very bad, devastating to say the least

We refused to stay at the room as it was extremely dirty run down and smelt bad plus was not the correct tower we booked

Everything plus the owner and manager was very very unhelpful was expensive and we refused to stay even one night due to how bad it was and how uncomfortable we felt our daughter cried because she didn’t want to even be in the building once we got to the room we were refused to be moved to another tower were we had originally booked because they had over booked

TV could have had no signal paid 45 euros for safe key internet code and TV remote control only to find that the TV had no signal could not get any channels also no remote for the air con could not be bothered to walk back down to the shop that I picked all of these up from as the man was that rude that I did not need that did not want to go back down there and have to have an argument was meant to be enjoying myself

Great views great pool close enough to the main strip and beach so not far to walk yet far enough it blocks out the noise at night which is ideal. Second time booking this place as i love it

The doors are a little tricky to figure out. Took us several attempts and after 15 mins we worked out how to use the door😂When coming back drunk it can take a while to figure out the locks.

The hotel was very dirty. There were no cooking facilities pots and pans et cetera, and it was self catering The hotel room was in great need of maintenance repairs. Uncanny doors didn’t lock and were dangerous for our little boy. There was lots of mould around the bath and on the ceiling in the bathroom the door to the main apartment room we were staying in was damaged bedsheets were stained The sofa cushions were all odd and had a really bad smell and stains on them. TV didn’t work. Air-conditioning doesn’t work and we didn’t have no Wi-Fi.

Nothing , it was advertised as a different apartment block at a different address it was filthy . We could not stay in it and had to book other accommodation one word describes it SUBSTANDARD.

Everything about it there was nothing to like the location was not as advertised the apartment was filthy with foul smelling room,with bed clothes with cigarette burns, faeces in the toilet and smeared on the floor in the bathroom so as I said nothing to like.

The apartment and the facilities were as expected. Clean and functional.

The check in staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were not expecting to pay a deposit. We didn’t have the cash as it was a Sunday and payday was Tuesday. I have since looked through all the information and can’t see anything about a £200 deposit for the keys. The property listing stated BREACH FRONT it was NOT. The apartments are located very near the nightlife strip which is not what we wanted and not what we expected because this was not on the listing. It is actually About 1km from Levante Beach.

Were do i begin i have stayed here many of times and have also recommed it to people we never got clean towels asked a member of staff and they said we didnt belong to them stayed in block one we always stayed in block 2 no air con it was 10 euro extra a day i phoned were the keys were collected from he said we haid to pay for air con when i went on to the booking it said family rooms are extra for air con there was a about ten apparments that was booked with our friends and family around the same time we all ways collected keys from the place its self some of my friends had to collect from the place on the beach and there flights landed late even they hadnt a clue were to go they were never there before so i will not be booking through yous again and most of the people who were there said the same i never conplain when i stay in a place i just get on with it but it was crazy the heat and wanting more money for aircon

Location good but that's about as good as it gets.

A mile walk from apartment to pickup keys. Wanted to charge 10 Euro cash to hire tv remote ( No way) buy ur own just outside apartments same price + u take it home. Apartment was not what i would call clean , cobwebs,floor not even swept,plates cups glasses cutlery all needed good wash. Beds very uncomfortable.
