Apartamento Exclusivo en la Playa 9

The location was absolutely perfect to everything I was here for - close to beach, nightlife but also very quiet. The property was super super clean when I arrived. And the self check in went very smooth - the owner gave me very detailed instructions meaning I didn’t struggle. The owner kept me informed of everything before, during and after my stay. Can’t wait to come back x

It was perfect.

Central and clean

The location was perfect close to beach the apartment was exactly as in pictures Mariana was extremely helpful with anything we asked . Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay . Artur the owner and Mariana were extremely helpful when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to sort if for us which we very much appreciated .Artur genuinely cares his renters are happy which is rare and should be commended

The ongoing building work although this is beyond the control of the apartment owner and we were aware of it prior to arriving we were shocked at although the work is to exterior of the building inside the building felt very much like a construction site .

Location

Apartment is small for 4 people, no air-conditioning in bedroom!, and the check in process was ridiculous. We arrived on 2 motorbikes in 36 degrees heat without any prior knowledge of the check in process being sent to us, which frankly should have been sent before we arrived. It took 12 WhatsApp messages, 6 videos and 2 voice calls to gain access. This property needs a better explained check in process and it needs to be sent at least the morning of the booking, not whilst sat waiting in the heat. Was offered a discount on next booking, we wouldn't stay again if it was free.
