It was not easy to collect keys that's why im giving it a score of 7.wecarrived on a Saturday afternoon.off ice was closed.we didn't know this as we were waiting about to see if office opened at 4.but when we walked over it was closed.then it said collect keys at Don gregario reception.we had no map.so got lost..then we had to go back down town and got a taxi to take us.we got keys then from a very nice young man on reception. Next thing we couldn't find our appartment as Google kept taking us in another direction. Very frustrating walking round with cases in the heat..at end up we went into hotel calypso and a lovely lady there helped us find appartment up a very steep hill.the appartments weren't very well sign posted.would be difficult with anyone with mobility problems..I think key would be better left to be picked up at property .be much easier..
Didn't like the steep hill.up to property.staff at office to collect keys not very friendly. We had to ask about leaving our key on table as we had an early flight..another reason to have a little key box at appartment.

The balcony and the bed was comfortable
Some black mould in the grout in the bathroom tiles roundabout could just do a little bit of attention but overall it was a great shower powerful

Too far to get key, staff very unpleasant at key collection. Too far up hill and beds not comfortable
