The apartment was very modern, the bed was so comfy and the shower was brilliant. I always make sure we have a washing machine as we only take a small bag as I like to just wash things through. Everywhere was spotless and right at the end of Lavente beach so amazing view Landlord was very friendly and handover was super easy thankyou

Didn't like that there was no toilet rolls, you generally get a pack of toilet roll in the air b n bs so it came as a shock when we went to bed and went to the bathroom to find none at all and it was especially hard as I have a stoma, my husband had to get dressed and go get some Also there was no soap in bathroom to wash hands and no shower gell. We made sure there was gel and toilet rolls for next person I also like to leave the apartment clean but there wasn't any cleaning products or washing machine tablets

We loved the location, the view, kitchen, bathroom and the balcony …amazing ♥️

We had a wonderful holiday in Benidorm, the Spanish Manhattan :) If the view from the window matters to you — this apartment is the right choice. The terrace offers an incredible panorama: it was fascinating to watch the sunrises and sunsets, the sky in different colors, and the sea. It was a real pleasure to spend time on the terrace, gazing at the sea and the city while sipping a cold glass of rosé Rioja :) The building is quiet and safe, located on a gated property. The neighbors were nice, but we hardly saw them, so our stay was very peaceful. The house is situated right by the sea, slightly elevated — you reach it by stairs and a short road. The climb was not difficult at all. The beach is very close, just a few minutes’ walk, and the apartment provides beach umbrellas if needed. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The key handover was extremely easy: the instructions from the hosts were very helpful and everything was perfectly arranged. We arrived and checked in without any problems. The apartment has an air conditioner, which worked quietly and cooled the space well. The fridge and the hob are new and fully functional. The bathroom is equipped with new fittings, always hot water and strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and we rested and slept well. We had a few questions for the hosts — they responded immediately. On the promenade there is a small but very nice supermarket. The fruits and vegetables there are excellent — Spain is truly the best in this regard. Larger supermarkets or markets can be reached by car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering all kinds of cuisine. Would we like to return? Absolutely!

Appartement très confortable une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Climatisation et ventilo de plafond. Lave linge et sèche linge.

L'environnement est très difficile (rues tres pentues)pour les personnes ayant des soucis pour se deplcer er aller à la plage. D'autre part il serait judicieux de mettre l'echelle de la piscine ailleurs qu'a l'endroit ou l"on a pas
