The keys are to be Collected from the Property Management Main Office, being a short walk or very short drive from the Apartment. Instructions are provided in advance and in abundance, via Booking.com/email so that you're reminded with plenty of notice as to the process of obtaining the keys via the Lockbox.
The Sofa Bed in the living room could be a bit more modernised, although was adequately sized and comfortable.
