The view

Location (on a short steep hill) was great and the views were awesome, not overlooked at all. Beach right on the doorstep. Apartment block was quiet and maintained well. Small pool should you wish to use it. I would stay again if it was easier to handover keys and contracts somewhere close to the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious with usual SC facilities.

Key handling process can take hours out of your trip if you arrive after 7pm, which I am sure is a regular occurrence in Benidorm. Going to a hotel to pick up your keys after hours (7pm) is ok to do, if the hotel is next door or same street but it's a bit of a trek then having to go back again to the offices the next day to sign contracts which are even further away, then trek back to your apartment. You can easily lose a morning which isn't great if only on a 3 day break. saying that the Hotel Marina staff and Office staff were all helpful when you met them. Some of the décor and furniture needs fixing or updating as you'd expect in a holiday rental but yes I would stay again now I know what to expect with the key situation. TAXI......
