Nice place horrible rude staff

The staff were rude we got locked out of our balcony for 3hrs maintenance man had to let us in after i screamed at the top of my voice 30floors until a neighbour came out the silicone came of the runner and the door shut i have pictures an videos the staff couldn’t of cared less so for that i will never stay nor recommend to any1

Scammers with hidden expensive extra fees in-place.

How fast and efficiently did Booking solve my issue with this scammer.

Scammer property avoided to announce there were extra fees to pay in place and then rejected us to stay if you don't pay them. (up to 200 extra bucks) for a non-refundable reservation, They left us stranded on the street at 8pm after 6h of traveling. Luckily Booking worked fast to re-accommodate us in another place, cancel this scam reservation and refunded us the complete amount while also covering any extra expenses we had booking in a new property. Thx Booking.

Poor room conditions and unreliable shuttle service.

The apartment had absolutely beautiful views, and it was fully equipped with all the essentials and more. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable

There were no curtains in the room and the blinds didn’t work. We asked at reception for help, but all they did was repeat how to pull them down, which we had already tried. We also had to ask for extra blankets because the weather had turned colder that week. We used the shuttle service during our three-day stay, but on the last day it didn’t show up at the pick-up point at 8:00 pm or 8:20 pm. There was a 5k event going on, so taxis were very difficult to get, and we ended up having to walk back to the apartment. We called the hotel four times about the shuttle, but each time the phone was hung up on us.

Bedroom not clean, marks on the wall. A/C in Japanese No instructions for tv Blinds didn’t work Canteen food was cold and tasteless- not worth the money we had to pay at all. A lot of dishes were empty so very mediocre meal, not good for our last night

The room was spacious and had everything that you needed.

The location is up a very steep hill which takes around 20 minutes to walk from Benidorm strip. The lift is a huge problem. We was stood for 20 minutes waiting for the lift to go down. We had to use the stairs to go down 22 flights with a suitcase.

They was very accommodating considering we was a large group of 18 people. Apartment rooms was perfect, had everything needed for a perfect stay.

The view was the only good thing of this place.

The apartment was not cleaned the towels were dirty but packed. The floors were not clean, windows looked like you poured something on them. I felt dirty staying in this place and I couldn't take a shower as the bath didn't look sanitized at all. We opted for the parking and the door broke of the parking so anyone could come in the parking making us anxious about leaving the car there. It's absurd they charge a pet fee however the place is not clean enough for humans. Didn't feel OK with my pet walking around the place.

DO NOT STAY HERE CONSTUCTION SITE NEXT DOOR! Constant drilling from 8am to 7.30pm with no break!

Balcony views beautiful but due to noise of construction site constant drilling we couldn't sit on it! The apartment is lovely but wouldn't have chose here if I knew about the noise as it was not relaxing and alot of money

Their is a massive construction site next door that start work 8am to 7.30pm every day breaking out concrete with machinery. Impossible to relax in the balcony to admire the views so don't waste your time going for that. We contacted the owner on the first day asking for a refund and have been ignored. We wanted to make our holiday special and move elsewhere where we could rest and they ignored us... no refunds I understand but this is special circumstances and they should be letting people know beforehand about the construction site.

Absolutely nothing at all, decided not to stay at all

There was no one at reception when I arrived, I had to walk to another hotel to get the keys, we had 2 rooms booked, i went to my friends room and it had no sheets on the bed and was stained, Pool was in the shade the whole day, cockroaches everywhere around the complex, bins outside not emptied , there was a dog in one of the apartments that are residential and barking all night on the balcony, way too far from the centre, air con didn't work, the buffet was cold and had been sitting there with flys on some food since very early and the food was awful, the bar is mediocre and very expensive Do yourself a favour and do not even contemplate this hotel, it will ruin your holiday

Kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly, sauce all over the wall. Lift a bit dodgy , glad I was only on the 9th floor and not all the way to the top. Location was hilly but we knew this when we booked and it wasn't too far from the main area we like .

Apartments and adjoining hotel exceeded our expectations, some small changes could make it a fantastic stay

Good sized apartments with lots of good amenities. Really great being able to use hotel facilities where the pool is fantastic and has a bar serving food, meaning we didn't need to use the apartment pool which wasn't as good. View, especially from the 34 th floor, is incredible.

Location is up a steep hill which isn't so easy to get to. The free bus to the beachfront was hugely helpful but finished early evening and was often full before everyone could board. Lifts in the apartment blocks were slow and meant waiting long times to go up or down.
