Too far from centre and below basic apartment

The property lacks any form of heating it was particularly cold in Benidorm during our stay so that property was cold inside with inadequate bedding

Hidden Gem

Centrally located, clean and had all the amenities that a small group required. Close to the beach and all other places of interest.

Located above busy hospitality spots so can be noisy into the early hours.

Clean, however only 1 key between 6 adults made thing’s very difficult, asked for additional and was refused, booked these apartment due to having a lift available for access, however was not working on arrival, we had to manually carry one of our group up the stairs ( 2flights) all stay as not repaired, there were no blankets for bedding and 3 cups between 6 does not work

location is excellent. right by the beach in the old town close to all bars and shops

a broken fan in the living room and ceiling fans isn't what I call air conditioning.. could do with an up grade to full air con. for a group of 5 only 1 set of keys wasn't great, especially when having to go through 5 doors to get to the room. would benefit from a key card or added option of extra keys begs were uncomfortable and 1 in main bedroom had slats missing from under the mattress so had to move them around to make it sleepable keys are to be picked up from a kebab shop about 5-10 mins walk away up the hill.

Great location, good apartment.

Clean, spacious and centrally located. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen was well equipped and looked fairly new. Plenty of electrical sockets for charging multiple devices. Comfortable beds. Close to Poniente beach and Old Town. The whole complex had lifts and ramps so very accessible.

No aircon so we needed windows open which meant it was noisy when bins were emptied in the early hours.

Ideal Location

Location is fine. At the start of Poniente beach but easy walk into Old Town.

Winter months No heating apart from a courtesy electric radiator that didn't look safe to use. (photo shown). Cleaning could be improved. Kitchen cabinets need a good clean as with other parts of the apartment.

Location was great for the old town of Benidorm and the apartment was in a very quiet complex and felt safe and secure.

We met to collect the keys at a destination which was a 15 min walk from the apartment . When we were waiting to get our passports copied , Two other people arrived annoyed that they had been unable to get in touch with the host for two days ( warning bells) . We were handed the keys and walked to our accommodation , and then found we had been given the wrong keys , I phoned the telephone number provided for an hour and a half unable to get through , eventually they responded to a whatsapp message and arranged to meet at the apartment to swap the keys. When I got there the lady seemed to think it was funny and only apologised when she realised I was annoyed. we were only in Benidorm for one night and wasted two hours because of the hosts ineptitude .

Location. Renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Poor cleaning. Dishes and kitchen utilities full of grease. Sofa dirty and with food crumbs. After you do the booking they will send you a list of prices for everything they will charge you if you do not behave, plus they will block a 200 euros bond if not they won’t give you the keys. When you leave you will need to clean the kitchen and take the rubbish out, if not they will charge you extra. Quite disappointed.

Posiblemente volveria si me asegurasen la limpieza

La ubicacion del apartamento es espectacular, tiene un supermercado a 10 metros de la entrada a la comunidad, muy util. Me gusto que la cocina y el baño estuviesen reformados, y el moviliario de estos bien conservados.

El servicio de limpieza tiene que mejorar muy mucho, micro hondas sucio, migas en el plato giratorio. Y el horno.... no me usto nada la limpieza de estos dos aparatos.

La intranquilidad ocasionada por la no entrega a su tiempo de las llaves supuestamente te la entregan a las 4 y me la entregan a las 6 dejando a mi madre en el coche buena parte de la espera.

Lo que no me gustó fue varias cosas la primera para recoger las llaves fue un poco lioso,lo segundo el wifi estaba desconectado del cable y tuve que llamar atención al cliente para que me dijeran cómo se ponía ,las camas super incómodas y el ventilador de las habitaciones daba muy poco aire lo único bueno era la ubicación del apartamento

No hay aire acondicionado Solo unos ventiladores que con un bebe es imposible de usar. Las camas más antiguas y el colchón un desastre te levantas con la espalda rota. 👎

El piso en sí tenía pocos detalles. No había escoba ni fregona, sin bolsas de basura de repuesto, medio rollo de papel wc. Mucho ruido de la calle. Muy difícil de aparcar y todo pagando ORA...
