Excellent location and spectacular view

Was a little difficult to find

The view must be one of the best in benidorm and we have been going to benidorm for 22years, location in old town was fantastic The staff were very friendly and you get to use all the facilities at the voramar hotel, just a five minute walk down the hill.

Stayed on the 6 th floor ie the top floor. Could have done with a couple of sun beds on the balcony. The apartment was a little dated, however will definitely be back. This was just a couple of little points.

The property was difficult to find at night, it is not well signed, it had a small dirty sign , the sign was unlit and behind bars which caused us much delay and frustration trying to find it

The view was great

The apartment was tired decor was poor the air co did not work. The electricity kept tripping out when the kettle was on ,or if the hairdryer was used or the toaster was used. I reported it 4 times in the first couple of days to the people on the desk at the Vormar hotel each time they said they would send someone but it remained faulty the whole two weeks . The window in the kitchen was faulty wind just whistled through it also let in the rain . Each time somebody used the lift it was noisy more so at night and the early hours waking you up from your sleep it seems the lift winding gear is in the apartment behind a false wall. Broken balcony window will sharp concrete broken patio balcony tiles very shabby tired paint work on the balcony cracked flaking . It's not an apartment worthy of £1800 . Cooking facilities were poor one saucepan, two charcoal burned frying pans a couple of sticky mugs and a bread knife . I took several photos if you would like to see just a very disappointing experience of this apartment which offered so much it felt like you had my money and just lump it and make do poor customer service all in all . I would not recommend room 6a on the top floor for a holiday it's not geared up for it . It's not the penthouse as suggested more like the basement .
