A wonderful apartment offering the perfect view.

The sea view balcony is just perfect. The apartment has been decorated in a beachy vibe and it is a really lovely space. The apartment enjoys all day sun and then is in the shade in the evening. The cooking facilities are great for such a small space.

The lift to the apartment is very small ( see pics). The third bedroom with the bunkbeds is also tiny and without any natural light.

Fantastic apartment. One of the best I've ever stayed in.

The position and the size of it. It's perfectly presented. The apartment has everything you could possibly want. It has 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with a great view that gets the sun for most of the day. And even a small terrace at the other end of the apartment for late afternoon sun. The living area is big, the kitchen has everything including a dishwasher and a washing machine. And it has 2 bathrooms

Everything about this location. Note : 3 bedroom , 2 king size , 1 small with bunk beds, all with fan and AC in the ceiling , 2 bathroom ( large/ small), living room with couch and open kitchen, dining area, large terrace, dining area outside , magic view. Beach front and City Center.

Note : Not ok for infants outside in the terrace, has metal bars and an infant can easily pass through, would be great to replace with a glass balcony; - Maybe change the 2 rope chairs outside

The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old quarter and on the first line of buildings next to the beach. View from the big terrace is wonderful. We’ll equipped and we’ll thought out

Occasionally the bathrooms smelt, I guess a common problem from the sewer system. The apartment had a continual air freshener system so not too much of a problem

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely apartment with stunning sea views. We will come back and I will recommend this place.

Loved the balcony, stunning beach and sea view. The apartment is decorated nicely. Lovely hot, good powered showers. The apartment is very central to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Was noisy on Saturday night so could hear a lot from the bedrooms. The lift isn’t always available as people don’t close the door correctly and the lift is a tight squeeze, the lights in the stairway aren’t always good so can be very dark. The main entrance hallway was dirty and not cleaned daily.

The WOW factor was the amazing sea view! All rooms had new air-conditions that blasted cold air, free WiFi, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with Netflix's. Excellent location, a minute walk to Levante Beach. The apartment was clean and updated with a complete kitchen, dishwasher/ dryer built-in and new microwave and a fridge.

I wish the apartment wasn't booked for the rest of the week.

Top appartement, aanrader!

Enorm goed verzorgd appartement, alles aanwezig, van wasmachine met droger tot vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, maar ook wasmiddel, toiletpapier, zeep, kortom alles aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken en zelfs strand lakens. Top locatie met fantastisch uitzicht over het strand en de boulevard. Evengoed rustig. Zeer goede bedden. Alles netjes en schoon.

Eigenlijk niets, er is alleen een wat kleine lift, kunnen maar 2 personen in.

Remise des clefs en agence, avec du personnel très accueillant, agréable et qui prends le temps de répondre à toutes les questions et donne de bonnes explications. Réponse très réactive si besoin par whatsapp. Top. Localisation superbe, la vue du balcon sur le paséo et la plage est très agréable, l’appartement est de bon goût et propre, il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Très calme que ce soit côté terrasse ou côté rue (chambres), et les restos sont tous à proximité !

La très petite taille de l’ascenseur est surprenante les premières fois, puis on s’y fait.

(Piensen que estamos hablando de un ático quinto piso) Portal, escaleras. ascensor y elementos comunes de la finca en muy mal estado. Descalificantes Ascensor deteriorado y con muy mal aspecto con puertas manuales que por su mal estado se quedan siempre abiertas (5 pisos). Solo cabe una persona si es grande en es ascensor para un apartamento de hasta 6 personas Calle en obras TODO ESTO SE DEBE DE ADVERTIR PREVIAMENTE SI NO HAY ÁNIMO DE ENGAÑAR NI UNA PALABRA DE LAS LIMITACIONES DE ACCESO EN EL ANUNCIO

La ubicación

La entrada al apartamento, la escalera, el ascensor. No hemos utilizado el ascensor excepto para las maletas, superpequeño e , inseguro y poco limpio. Los olores del portal y de uno de los baños. Olor a comida de los otros piso y olor a humedad en el baño. La habitación de las literas para niños vale, pero para para adultos no.
