The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach. The interior is modern and well renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The balcony overlooked a neighboring building whose windows were only about 3 meters away, so there was very little privacy. The mattress on the double bed was clearly worn out and uncomfortable. In the second bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. The frying pan is also due for replacement. Be careful not to leave any rubbish or food in the refrigerator. We couldn’t bring ourselves to throw away perfectly good fresh products (jamón, mortadella, cheese, milk, and ice cream), but because of that, €30 was deducted from our security deposit.

Lage ist sehr gut und der Vermittler / Makler ist Pünktlich und freundlich. Hat auch alles gezeigt. 2 Sonnenschirme gabe es auch zu verfügung, , Nesspresso Kaffe mit Tabs, Wasserkocher, Eiswürfel........ Wohnung ist etwa klein aber schön. Klima Funktioniert.

Perfect location in a side street but so convenient for the old town. Really well equipped and immaculately clean, and very comfy beds. Great communication with the owner.

Not very welcoming staff Agency charged us for an extra cleaning without warning which was absolutely ridiculous !!! Awful smell in bathroom.
