Well located but needs a lot of love

Collecting the keys was very easy. They sent all the necessary instructions via WhatsApp, including the office address and opening hours, which made the process smooth. We loved the location — it was right in the middle of everything. You could easily walk to the beach or the Old Town in just a few minutes. The balcony in our flat was wonderful. We were on a high floor, so we enjoyed beautiful views throughout our stay. Car Park is great, just be aware is it 'tight' so if you want to rent, get a compact car so you can park in the spaces.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing, we stayed here for just over 2 weeks. We nicknamed it “Casa Basura” because there was a persistent sewage smell in the ensuite bedroom throughout our stay. The drains clearly need attention. Cleanliness was also an issue. The floors were dusty, the skirting boards were dirty, and the overall standard of cleaning did not reflect the €90 cleaning fee. While we understand there may be tight turnaround times between guests, the property did not feel properly prepared. The beds were uncomfortable, with mattresses that dipped noticeably in the middle after just one night’s sleep. The bedding was in poor condition — the blankets appeared not to have been properly laundered, as they had hairs on them from previous guest, they were also old and heavily pilled. The linens were also below standard, and although we requested extra towels (which were provided), the overall quality was disappointing. They were paper thin. There were also maintenance concerns. The kitchen door was broken with a nail sticking out, and the kitchen equipment was mismatched and worn, including bent knives and random assorted crockery. Further to this, the electrical sockets need to be checked, as our plugs became hot within 30 minutes of connected a cable. On our first morning, we visited the office to report what appeared to be mouse droppings, but this was dismissed. We saw mice later that week in the building corridor — on the 22nd floor — which did make us chuckle. We were not impressed with the response or tone of the staff member at the desk, and as a result, we did not feel comfortable raising the other issues we experienced in the apartment. The apartment could really do with a little 'love', its a shame it is ran this way.

Unfortunately there wasn't much i liked about it, very disappointed 😞

I got locked out on the balcony the first night i was there . There wasn't any signs up on the doors to say don't shut the door, the local rental wouldn't pick up my call because I was phoning from my friend phone. After 2 hours being stuck on there we had to call the police.

Location is excellent, the apartment is basic but clean. Great views from the 22nd floor, and a great deep pool with loungers.

The apartment we got was double booked, but the rep sorted it within an hour, even on a Sunday evening. Inconvenient but handled brilliantly, and the reps spanish and English was excellent.

Fab location, large supermarket close by & short stroll to main strip.Had large fridge/freezer, hob & oven, kettle,microwave, toaster, iron & ironnboard.Very well equipped.

Shower head needs to be fixed, doesn't fit in place, had to hold shower head in hands when showering, easily fixed. Very noisy at night time, roller blind for bedroom not working, badly needed to block out light.

Pretty much everything was very disappointing...we only met 2 other English speaking people everyone else was Spanish....no sunbeds by the pool either...As there is no reception or security we were kept awake our last 3 nights by men below us agruing and shouting until around 5.30am....would not recommend if like myself you have a teenager with you she spent most of her week in the room!
