Great quiet apartment in a good location

Very spacious, everything you need for self catering, 2 shower rooms, large closed balcony, well equipped kitchen, lounge diner, hairdryer in the bathroom. On the 16th floor, no one above so very quiet,bins across the road, supermarket and close to the outdoor market,in fact only a short walk from most places. 5 euro in a taxi from the old town. I would certainly recommend this apartment

We couldn't work out how to open the blinds in the lounge, probably opens but we couldn't see how 🙄.

It was very spacious, we loved the balcony. Fantastic location as close to everything you need and full kitchen facilities. Shops, takeaways and bars/restaurants right outside.

The lifts were quite slow and stairs weren’t always an option as we were on the 16th floor

A perfect spacious apartment right near to the main strip. Quiet enough to get some sleep. Lots of room, stunning views and we'll equipped. Comfy beds and good air con in the living room. Fantastic outside balcony.

No air con in bedrooms but we were fine. I imagine in summer it could be too hot. Was a little tricky to find the booking office to collect the keys and then find the actual gate to get us in.

You could put some fold up chairs in the apartment to use at the pool, air con or fans in the bedrooms was so hot and we had to pay 200 euro deposit!! And had to buy fans!!

Good location, hot bedrooms

Location was great, round the corner from the main square. Supermarket facing. Nice pool. The apartment was huge, 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers), kitchen, living/dining room and large balcony. Beautifully decorated, nice and modern. These are residential apartments, there were local families at the pool who were nice and friendly.

No loungers at the pool and no inflatables allowed. Maintenance man was a little agitated when he seen us put a bag in the bin by the pool and told us to use external bins! Apartment was on the top floor and sometimes have to wait a little for the lifts. NO AIRCON IN BEDROOMS which was a big negative for us, only have it in the living room so we really struggled to sleep. Had to collect keys from benidorm booking office, about 15 mins walk away. 2 sets of keys given but one set didn't have a fob to get in the main door or a key for the side door so that was inconvenient. Rules were to clear the apartment of all rubbish before leaving which again was extremely inconvenient, usually in bing bags is all that's required. We weren't allowed a late check out as it's high season. Noise from the square was very loud which we didn't mind but others may.

Not what was advertised

The apartment was lovely, but it was advertised as being accessible with a lift, it is not accessible with a lift there is one flight of stairs you have to climb to access the lift, we complained to Benidorm booking.com and they were really unhelpful. We have struggled all week lifting my 14 year old disabled daughter who has cerebral palsy up the stairs to gain access to the lift. It is also advertised with a pool, the pool was closed due to maintenance it appears it has been closed for a long time but booking.com have failed to advertise this fact. You also have to pay a 200 euro deposit which is only advertised in the small print and isn’t made clear when you book.

wasn’t enough towels there was 6 of us staying for 5 days and only one small hand towel and bath towel each for full duration of stay. No sun loungers at pool so couldn’t lay by pool.and stated there was a bar but we couldn’t find one in apartments.

Bear in mind the room is on the 16th (top) floor of the tower block. Not a problem, they’re lifts but something to be aware of. Having a family of 5 we often had to wait for the hot water to heat back up so we could all complete our shower cycle. You can hear the noise from the local bars etc but it’s not a massive problem tbh.

The parking gate could do with a sign saying it’s for the property as we drove past it once before we found it and as it’s on a one way street had to go around the block again to get in. Collecting the keys is a bit of an issue as it’s quite a distance from the apartment, having your own vehicle obviously helps but if transferring from airport etc you could end up having a bit of a hike with luggage.

Apartment was very big and spacious

The reception was a faff, nowhere near alteanos itself so when finally found the accomodation had to ring and be told to walk 15 minutes to meet there to get the key, wasn't aware of this prior, would have had transfer drop us off there.

Good facilities and views

P ool was closed which was a great disappointment - no reason given and spoilt holiday for grandchildren. Height (16th floor)was disconcerting for one member who has issues with great heights - this should have been made clear on booking details. Location very confusing - there are at least 4 buildings in locality with same name - we went to wrong one. Lack of cleaning materials and no towel rails/hooks in bedrooms. Sink in second bathroom not emptying properly. Shower needs proper door/curtain.

Apartment had all facilities you needed and was very spacious and clean. Couldn't fault. My only critique would be the back bedroom got very warm and stuffy, a fan in the room would have been welcome. Would Def stay again its very well located to beach and amenities. .

There were no sun loungers at pool so felt you weren't encouraged to stay by the pool.
