The property was notably large and spacious, comprising a generously sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom, a large pull-out sofa in the lounge, and an additional fold-down double bed located in the balcony area. The kitchen was well-equipped and met all of our requirements. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, featuring a contemporary walk-in shower, with shampoo and shower gel provided.
Although the property itself is very appealing, the key collection service—located approximately three-quarters of a mile away—is not fit for purpose.
We arrived at the apartment at around 8:00 pm and arranged for a taxi to take us to the key collection office. After waiting in line for approximately ten minutes, we were greeted by the host, who was pleasant and accommodating. We provided our details, our passports were photocopied, and we were issued a single key. We then walked back to the apartment, a journey that took approximately fifteen minutes.
Upon arrival, we accessed the external gate and proceeded to the apartment on the 10th floor. The building itself was standard in layout and moderately decorated. However, when we reached our room and attempted to unlock the door, the key did not work. We carefully checked our booking reference, which confirmed the floor and apartment number (10B). Despite repeated attempts by all four members of our party—pushing, pulling, and turning the key—the door would not open.
I contacted the booking office to explain the situation. I was asked to confirm that we were at the correct apartment, which I verified. During this time, a neighbour, alerted by the commotion, also attempted to use the key but was unsuccessful. After requesting multiple video recordings showing the apartment, floor, and our attempts to use the key, the representative assured us he would locate an alternative.
After waiting outside the apartment for approximately ten minutes, we were informed that a cleaner’s key was available. However, as the staff member was working alone, we were required to return to the key collection office to retrieve it ourselves. This meant another 15-minute walk each way—or alternatively, additional taxi fares—simply due to the lack of staff support.
This situation would have been particularly challenging for elderly guests or families with young children.

Location good, apartment clean tidy and comfortable great views very quiet on a night felt safe and secure when entering the building
Quite a distance to pick up and drop off keys especially when your pick up is at 07:00 in the morning do you leave you wife with the cases on her own or drag them to drop off and then drag them back to pick up point a good 20 min round trip, Why you cant just leave keys in apartment and make sure doors closed after you.

The apartment was spacious, very clean & everything was excellent inside.
The pool was freezing & the only sunbeds to lay on were very old & dirty.

modern and bright, very comfortable beds, really great location, bonus bed on balcony very comfortable
office over a mile away to pick keys up, no cleaner or change of linen/towels for 10 days and you had to let them know(on day nine) if you require them, no bath mats (they don’t provide them), no safe, had to buy new kettle(your welcome) as the one in the apartment was shorting the electric rang emergency number they said they would come am never came only littleish things but quite annoying could have spoiled our holiday
