Great relaxing week with a Totally unnecessary key drop off

Location good, apartment clean tidy and comfortable great views very quiet on a night felt safe and secure when entering the building

Quite a distance to pick up and drop off keys especially when your pick up is at 07:00 in the morning do you leave you wife with the cases on her own or drag them to drop off and then drag them back to pick up point a good 20 min round trip, Why you cant just leave keys in apartment and make sure doors closed after you.

Great well placed apartment

Views and Location, nice size apartment with comfortable beds.

Received 2 sets of keys but one set didn't work completely, took back the next day but received the only spare set which had to be brought back the very next day for the cleaner, this caused umptine problems on the last night..

Good value for money, be handier to have a key from the start.

This apartment is in the heart of Benidorm, at the top of the strip and close to the beach. Clean and has all equipment required for the stay.

Outdoor access code to apartment didn't work on first night, went to benidorm booking office (24hr) and no one was there! Had to wait until someone came out of apartments to get in! Managed to get a normal key the next morning and all worked well after that. Balcony furnish uncomfortable to sit on, it's a pallet type furnish set.

modern and bright, very comfortable beds, really great location, bonus bed on balcony very comfortable

office over a mile away to pick keys up, no cleaner or change of linen/towels for 10 days and you had to let them know(on day nine) if you require them, no bath mats (they don’t provide them), no safe, had to buy new kettle(your welcome) as the one in the apartment was shorting the electric rang emergency number they said they would come am never came only littleish things but quite annoying could have spoiled our holiday

Defo be back!

Nice view and in the centre of everything! We absolutely loved the balcony! Super close walk to the beach! All rooms were all spacious. Nice 2 bathrooms Kitchen nice and tidy Also had private parking inside very secure! The only thing we would suggest about parking is maybe to explain it in a video and picture with details. We spent at least 30 min trying to find where it was located and how to get inside 😂! I belive, It can be a little tricky if you are from the UK 🇬🇧 but like I said before.. it is nice and really secure parking once you are in. Thank you to the apartment caretaker who explained it afterwards and walked us thoroughly! Overall, we had a lovely stay! Thankyou

the location was absolutely fantastic, the apartment was very clean and modern

it said it had air conditioning and it did but we couldn’t get it working and there was no instructions on how to turn it on ,couldn’t find a remote control . also could do with maybe some other way about the keys !! maybe a key safe or something

Location was good

The accommodation was grubby and in need of a deep clean. The air conditioning didn't work, I sent an email, then phoned them, and had to send a photo of the problem i.e. blank screen on the controller on the wall, then followed up the following day with another phone call and photo, they were supposed to call me back and didn't so I ended up marching to the office, still no one came. I phoned up again and on day 4 they told me there was a reset switch by the apartment door. It cost me £20 5o phone and send pictures before eventually getting it sorted. The shower head holder was cracked and the shower head kept falling off, they did come and fix it within a day.

Apartment nice and clean central location close to all amenities

When we got picked at airport driver asked where we were staying said gemelos 23 he took us there when asked how to get keys he shrugged his shoulders and drove off after another call to office told to come to office had to spend 8euros to get there and 8 back then when inside even though I had messaged to say 5people was coming now not 4 there wasn't enough towels so 1 had to buy 2 towels not spending another 16euros to go office couldn't use pool till 1st June so had to go to beach spend 42 euros first 4 days that's 198euros we shouldn't have needed to spend you should have said we couldn't use pool most of week only 2 days in England someone meets you with keys and if you need anything bring it over to you

Fantastic Location near to all bars if required but only 10 minuits walk to the old town.

The office was easily accessible, the opening hours were flexible to allow for late collection of keys. The Staff on duty were fantastic with good customer service and spoke multiple languages. Also the member of staff on arrival went the extra mile by not only providing directions to the apartment but walking part of the way with me to ensure I arrived safely at the address.

Also, 1 key for 4 people is not enough. 2 should be issued. Issues with lock on building called office said they’d reply but did not had to use car park to enter.
