The apartment layout is very good, there aren't any other apartments looking into the rooms and even the balcony, which is a great asset, feels private even though it is in the middle of others and has shops across the street. The street is surprisingly quite calm and there's very little noise passing through the night. It has the basics of everything you need, toaster, kettle and microwave. There isn't an oven but the electric hob and microwave were enough. The washing machine is newish and there's also a dishwasher although we never used it ourselves. There's enough plates and cups although mismatched but lacked a few utensils like spatula for eggs which would be handy. Theres a couple of sun umbrellas which are handy for the beach that way you don't have to pay 6€ for a sunbed or 15 with parasol on the beach. There is a big enough TV but it's not android or smart so you can't log into your Amazon or netflicks if you need another language other than Spanish you may want to pack a hdmi lead and a portable dvd player or laptop. Would have been nice to have a smart TV so the little one could relax from a busy day with more than one kids channel. There's air con units in the kitchen and living room which is brilliant and necessary, but not in the bedrooms. The balcony is lovely and really is a feature, as to the left, is the beach. The shops opposite are handy ...one supermarket is less expensive than the gemelos supermarket one, so watch the prices. Los Gemelos restaurant opposite also does various take away food (lasagne, fish, pizza) you can pick up and eat in the. apartment if you don't go out in the evenings it's .ore expensive as sea front ones are so a lasagne and chips for one is 16 euros. It's enough for a light evening meal to share tho.
We liked everything!!! nothing to criticise or dislike... Just maybe some ideas to offer... If I could advise anything it would be to consider a more updated TV for the families travelling or foreign guests. Some like to stay in at night so it's helpful to have for those non Spanish speakers. The sofa bed is very big which is great, but could do with a new one because it's worn and the faux leather sticks to you although it's a good size as it doubles as a sofa bed.We brought blankets from home to put on it as we could from the pics it's a good size but dated. The overall furniture like kitchen worktop are dated with a few little holes in and so is the table top but it didn't bother us as the price is good for the apartment and it's understandable that they wouldn't want to put expensive items inside. Maybe fill the holes and use a worktop paint to dress it up a bit so when there's water on it the MDF doesn't expand and get worse. The blankets and towels were very very clean like a hotel so that a bonus. We appreciated that they were very clean and tidy to use. Be really lovely to have some anti mosquito plug ins in the rooms and a fan in the two bedrooms, a tall fan as the little one is a bit weak. The twin room gets very warm even at end of September so a fan would be very nice addition. It's two floors up, no lift but it's fine as it's not a high rise block at all so it's very manageable. I found it easy to go up and down but no wheelchair access if needed. The only thing in general for bookings that aren't managed by large hotel chains is despite there being fantastic support from the rental agency, if you get a noisy group in an apartment next to you then there's nothing you can do because it's all private. We did have a group that came toward the end of the week all men and they shouted and drank very loudly on the balcony next to us.

It is very close to the beach and the restaurants.
We got there on Friday at noon, got the keys, but there was no remote control for the car gate and they said they could only provide one next Monday, with the option of us leaving the car on a public paking place. The apartment was fairly clean, but it definitely needed new AC, new washer, new doors and furniture. The beds are pretty un confortable. Very noisy. We moved to a hotel after 2 days in order to enjoy the vacation.
