this property was extremely clean and furniture very comfortable
Nice to sit on the balcony and look at the sea No loud bars in the street
nice to walk to old Benidorm for the various tapas, definitely worth eating in this area
one shower unable to use as part of the door was not connected. this had been left as a separate section in the shower
during high season it seems to be the main route from the bars to any properties on the beach front meaning very loud revellers until 5.00am unless you sleep in the room with twin beds very noisy

Location was fantastic. The apartment was in a secure gated area. No nuisance noises at night, spotless clean, fully equipped with everything anyone would need. 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 huge kitchen, living room and terrace.
Due to arriving out of hours the key was a 10 minute walk away. However it was no big issue.

veel achterstallig onderhoud
stoelen vielen uitelkaar deurklink van badkamer defect schuifdeur van douche bak defect
en van alle ramen en balkon schuifdeur werkten de sloten niet
verder is het zeer gehorig ik app van de andere bewoners in appartementen
ook de toegangs deur vanaf boulevard werkte niet je moest steeds omlopen om binnen te komen
en volgens mij kent heel benidorm de code van de deuren, want je kon het zien op display van slijtage
beter is deuren met sleutel
en s,avonds laat veel lawaai van restaurant die s,avonds na sluiten de contanerbakken leegde
en zeer slechte bedden zijnde beide met rugklachten weer thuisgekomen en app ook eerder verlaten
en geen extra bedden goed en versleten hand doeken met gaten erin
ook voor 4 personen geen glaswerk hebben zelf glazen gekocht ( deze hebben we laten staan)
ook maar drie stoelen op balkon ondanks dat het een 4 persoon is
al met al is de ligging maar verder te duur in de staat waarin appartement zich bevindt
we hebben nacht niet kunne lampen door lawaai overlast van boven buren en verhuur organisatie deed er niks aan , moest je zelf maar uitzoeken
