Very good location and clean apartment

The location of the apartment was fantastic, facing the beach. The pool area was clean and enough sun loungers. Communal areas were kept clean every day. Towels were provided in the apartment and kitchen items available for use

It was difficult to find where to collect the keys. It could be made clearer on instructions that it is from the Booking.com offices as well as the address. One of the single beds did not feel stable and made noise each time you moved. There could have been more toilet rolls provided and washing liquid in the kitchen for dishes. It was difficult to locate the parking space as the numbers allocated on the walls did not follow a logical sequence

Great value apartment

Location is perfect for everything, beach, restaurants, shops & bars, to wake up and sit with a cuppa looking out the window is simply beautiful, there is everything you need facility wise, the apartment is a good size, beds are ok and it's clean enough, having 2 bathrooms is brilliant. it could do with updating however this did not affect us in any way as the great price reflects the room . we had apartment 15E and would definitely go back. We never had to wait around for the lifts as there is 4 and the apartment is very secure, Key collection was simple and took literally 2 mins, very nice lady on desk in booking. Com office, thank you

The location is brilliant

It wasn’t very clean, very dusty and the floors were dirty. The beds are not the best mattresses were about 5 inches deep.

Overall the apartment with fine.

Parking space once found was good, location, view, kitchen.

There was a safe, but no key to use it. The car park was hard to find, a note to say it’s behind a tree and down a ramp would of been helpful, and once in the car park the space was not easy to find as the numbering was all over the place.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like I would rate it a 9 at the moment 10 when the deposit is returned. Which I was assured would be done within a week. 😀

Stunning beach view apartment!

Wonderful location with an amazing view of Levante beach! Private access to the paseo and its many bars and restaurants, in addition to that wonderful beach! It was great having a parking space under the building, too! At the Avenida Mediterraneo side there was an excellent Indian restaurant and an Italian one at the main entrance to the building!

No toiletries (except 2 toilet rolls!). Almost no cleaning products (except a small test tube size of dishwasher detergent, enough for one wash!). When we asked at the office, we were told that's all you get, we thought it was extremely mean considering that we were staying there for 3 weeks! The WiFi connection was terribly frustrating and was no good for streaming! I had to use my phone as a hot spot a number of times to watch Netflix or a match! The TV kept inverting colours as well which was annoying at times. It should be replaced! It seems a shame that such a wonderful apartment is being dragged down by an indifferent management company! Tha apartment deserves a 10 score!

Location was amazing with fantastic views. Although if you're looking for a quiet break away probably not suitable as tikki beach was just under us so was a bit loud early enough. But we didn't mind. Will definitely be staying here again.

The towels provided weren't great, literally 2 small towels given. And they weren't changed in the 5 days we were there. Definitely need to provide more towels for stays longer than 2/3 days.

Amazing and comfortable with incredible views

Perfect apartment, very clean and the view was incredible! Me and my friends would 100% book this again!

The only issue we had was getting the keys initially as the office had a different address which was a good 5-10minute walk up the road away and caused confusion amongst us and our driver on arrival.

March lock down

Property was central to everything views amazing lovely apartment staying again in December. We had 5 nights in apartment before Spain went into lockdown but we very comfortable for the 4 days we had left and the Spanish government acted so quick well done.

Spare toilet has a macerator and we never used it but obviously previous renters did it flooded through our second night but maintenance were very quick although wouldn’t believe we hadn’t used the toilet was never used in 9 nights would recommend anyone using apartment to stay clear but shower fine and washing machine in here no problems with them
