Perfect weeks stay in a great 2 bedroom apartment.

Location was great. 1st floor apartment with lifts and electric key fob for main gate and door into apartment block. Felt very secure. Great having a washing machine.

Great location , good value for the money .

Location 10 out of 10. Right in the centre of Benidorm with access not just to all bars, pubs, shops and restaurants but also 5 min walk from beach and bus stops to connect you with other places. If you are travelling on a budget , this is a great option to share . The flat was clean , had all the necessary appliances you would need.

There’s small improvements that can be done to make the stay even better for visitors - I would advise to use just freshly washed bedding to make the bed smell fresh , the drainage needs sorting on balcony as it’s water all over after heavy rain and we had to mop it up to be able to use the balcony as there are no drains, same with shower, if it’s on full power, the water doesn’t go away quickly enough, everything else was fine .

The location is arguably the best you can get if you’re looking to be in the action at Benidorm. Well presented, with great facilities. the host was very welcoming and met us late at night when we arrived which was very helpful. Air Condition and Blackout Blinds were a great feature also.

Fabulous New Years Eve break!

Vlad and Larissa were wonderful hosts. Communication was fantastic, We were met at the apartment and showed how everything worked.The apartment was lovely and clean.Location perfect for a New Years visit.Lots of lovely bars and eating places nearby.A short walk and you are on Levante Beach where we spent New Years Day sitting in the sunshine eating Tapas! Would highly recommend.

Great stay and perfect location for those who want to be near all the action

Location was excellent and easy to find/access. Owner was very informative and quick to respond to queries. The facilities of the apartment was perfect for what we needed. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you plan on being in bed early and a light sleeper as you are staying next to all the bars and the music will go on until the early hours of the morning.

I would say the deposit having to be paid in cash (euros) is a bit of a pain as you get this returned at the end of your stay. However I understand why a deposit is needed but perhaps being able to take a deposit in the form of card or cash of your home currency would suit better.

Fabulous apartment in the middle of entertainment district!

The location in the very heart of New Town just in 100 m from the beach is fantastic . The apartment itself has just get through a complete renovation. Comfy beds, modern air-conditioning, pristine bathrooms and soundproof windows let us relax after the busy night out.

Struttura ben collocata alla movida! Vlad sempre presente al telefono , e accoglienza in presenza! Veranda molto carina e utilizzata tantissimo anche il balcone! Lenzuola e biancheria pulita!

Per la pulizia e l’ igiene si potrebbe fare di più, soprattutto per i bagni e la cucina ! La finestra per uscire dalla veranda non si chiude completamente, ma non é un grande problema perché la veranda si chiude totalmente! Le pareti sarebbero un po’ da imbiancare.
