Location and it had everything you need for self catering
Stairs, because I am not too good on my feet the stairs could be a little narrow and no hand rail but would not put me off from booking again if same apartment on first floor

everything was spotless clean when we arrived, beautifully decorated throughout, well ventilated and comfortable.

Modern recently refurbished air conditioned property with two comfortable bedrooms, with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and lounge right in the heart of old town. Despite being in the centre, the property was peaceful as fully double glazed. Great being able to people watch from the small balcony to really embrace the energy of Benidorm, before heading out the nearby beach or over to the strip. Lots of great restaurants minutes from the apartment.

It was all new lovely to much nice stuff if that’s possible again no kettle . To over furnished for few nights . Top quality
I had to pay 300 euro deposit on top of the money already paid for apartment . I had to do this outside in the heat transfer to the property before I was allowed in . It cost me 25 quid to transfer from uk bank . I just got it back a week later now I have to transfer in sterling . Deposits are difficult abroad but especially high amounts which 300 quid is . I was scared to touch anything . But it is a lovely apartment spotless
