Great place to stay.

We were very lucky. I travelled with my learning disabled father in law and brother in-law. The layout of the property really worked to give them space to continue with their normal routines. Shops nearby for food and Benidorm centre within a 10 minutes walk. I will be using this property again. The owner was really polite and easy to deal with.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Nice view Well equipped kitchen

The double bed was really soft, so we decided to sleep in the 2 single beds. I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the sofa, as it was quite hard

It was a bit far out from the beach and the neighbour next door blasting music for hours and his dog never stopped barking

Nice view

The loggia had a splended view over the city and was nicely warm in the afternoon. We liked the dishwasher and the bottle of water provided. Teabags and coffee were there. There were leaflets about the village of Finestrat and about a walk of 11 kms in the mountains there. It took is 5 hours.

We are a couple and stayed 3 nights in the appartment. The double bed was only 1.90 m. long, too short for me. We rolled to eachother. The sheets and the blankets had the size for a single bed.

Первый раз мы отдыхали в этих апартаментах несколько лет назад. Увидели отрицательные отзывы, сильно удивились! Решили рискнуть, потому что помним хорошее гостеприимство хозяев и их желание в любой ситуации сразу прийти на помощь. Приехали на несколько дней, были очень довольны! Очень чисто, обновлена мебель, огромная терраса, на которой можно завтракать и отдыхать! Внизу возле дома хороший супермаркет consum. Есть рабочий и в хорошем состоянии: Холодильник, TV, мультиварка, микроволновая печь, кофемашина для капсул, удобные полочки для фруктов и овощей и даже корзина для продуктов ходить на рынок. Виды с обоих сторон квартиры снова нас поразили! До моря пешком 20 минут, но мы знали это заранее. Очень хорошее соотношение цена/ качество.

Lo positivo es que el arrendador respondió rápido cuando comentamos que la nevera no enfriaba bien y la sustituyó por una nueva

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante. No pudimos descansar bien durante nuestra estancia por varios motivos: • Las camas eran muy incómodas. • La mampara del baño estaba incompleta, faltaba una puerta, y se formaba un charco de agua en el suelo cada vez que nos duchábamos. • Los ventiladores hacían demasiado ruido y el aire acondicionado, además de ser muy ruidoso, no funcionaba al 100%. • La presión del agua de la ducha era muy baja, lo que hacía incómodo bañarse. • La iluminación de las ventanas no permitía oscurecer la habitación, lo que dificultaba el descanso. En general, la estancia no fue agradable y creemos que el apartamento necesita varias mejoras para ofrecer una experiencia cómoda y tranquila a los huéspedes.

Muy justo para su precio

La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, los servicios que ofrecen no los revisan antes que entre el cliente al apartamento... Por tanto la nevera no funciona, el aire acondicionado te cobran por día que estás alojado tampoco funciona correctamente. En la la ducha no sale bastante presión de agua..
