Was better than expected.

The spacious layout. The excellent communication with agency. Nothing was too much trouble. . Large kitchen with full kitchen facilities. The location was just right if you want quiet don't be put off because its next to hospital, no sirens, police station closeby. Lovely entrance etc.. and parking a bonus.. 20 min walk downhill to the strip..€7 cab back.. 10. minutes walk to old town. Didn't use the hotel facilities opposite but it looked really nicely kept. Sun on balcony all day and early evening. Great value for money.

Toilet seat in ensuite needed mending but usable.. Not suitable for disabled or those with mobility issues as had 10 step stairs to lift.. there was a suitcase ramp with grooves, wouldn't trust a wheelchair on it. Lift very small, so wouldn't suit.. but once inside apt.. all accessible. Could have done with more hot water .. was sporadic and three of us stayed for 3 nights, so all needed baths and showers.. washing up etc. Third bedroom mattress was on a camp bed style, so a wobbly and felt springs.. maybe ok for kids.

There’s two parts of Benidorm 1)the tourist area (well the British side and (2) the Spanish side with the fine food and wine and it’s people that’s gets the 👍🏻for me

Perfect for exploring Benidorm

Lovely and spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. Use of the hotel swimming pool opposite was an added bonus.

Excellent location for what I needed to be close to my wife in hospital.

My wife had been taken into the the Hospital Clinica Benidorm so the location was perfect. Once she was able she could even wave to us from her room.

The sound proofing of the windows is not very good. Being next to the main road meant it could be quite noisy at night. We were on the 1st floor so maybe wouldn’t have been as bad higher up. Also the window in one of the bedrooms was loose so every car that went past made it rattle.

Spacious, supermarket opposite. Everything we needed was thought of. Didn't turn on tv so dont know if it had British tv.

Bath / Shower Water... became very hot very hard to cool it down. Shower heads could be improved..

Sofocante y por tanto incómodo

Ubicación y los servicios a los q teníamos acceso del hotel de enfrente: el Prince Park: piscina, acceso al comedor.

La falta de aire acondicionado q debería ser imprescindible para esa zona y en verano( existía la posibilidad de coger un aire acondicionado portátil pagando… lo cual tampoco soluciona el problema de todas las estancias) . No pudimos descansar bien con el calor sofocante teniendo q marchar antes de lo previsto. Escaso menaje y toallas, ni trapos de cocina,… camas incómodas.. habría q mejorar algunas instalaciones ( lavadero roto, tapa de WC, cierres de baño…)
