The location was good it was spotless and clean it was well appointed everything required was supplied

Air con heating only worked in 1 half of apt we were locked out of perimeter of building and keys supplied didn't fit the management company fincas arena were poor and don't deserve what ever they are taking in commission

Would have scored excellent if heating had been working on the other side as Spain was going through chilly period cold without heating but one side was great.

enjoyed my stay in the accommodation which was good standard and excellent location.

The location was good. There was a lift. The stairways were clean. The accommodation was clean and there was enough crockery, ironing board, iron everything you need.

It was quite a walk to collect the keys. We thought the shuttle was included when in fact it was not; the problem was caused by Booking.com.

El personal, es informal y mal educados ! No cumplieron ni con las expectativas ni con las condiciones nos han tenido toda la estancia sin aire acondicionado, y su respuesta fue que no habían técnicos los fines de semana cuando el mismo viernes les notificamos y nos mandarían a alguien y nunca llegó nadie
