Expensive stay, pay an extra €500 deposit on arrival which they dont give you back. Would not book

The size of the property

Would never stay here again, robbed us of a €500 deposit which they asked for on the day of arrival, to which we never received any of the deposit back, and when we questioned it all we got was that they couldnt get hold of the owner, so i would not recommend booking here unless your looking to get robbed of €500 on the day of your arrival. Feels like a scam tbh

Was a spacious clean villa with lots of outdoor space, few negatives which I’d need to consider if Iwas to book again

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was ok and 20mins walk from beach and the strip but we spent a lot of time in the villa as it was so nice. Bedrooms in the main house were all lovely and had plenty of bathrooms for the amount of people. Bar downstairs was great to store drinks/food for when we were around the pool and BBQ area was well used as well. Communication was good and they answered my queries quickly.

There are only 6 sunbeds, no Bali bed and no hammock like in the photos, which is not enough for 13 people. The two rooms which are located downstairs in a separate area where the bar/seating area is don’t have air con and they were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The description of the beds in the rooms on booking.com is different to what was provided but we adapted and made it work.

Fantastic Villa!

The villa was amazing and the host was accommodating allowing us to check in early. Great facilities, close enough to Benidorm while being far enough away to be peaceful at night. Absolute gem of a property for any groups staying in Benidorm.

Fabulous

The space is amazing, 14 girls on a hen do. Plenty bedrooms and bathrooms. Facilities superb, outside kitchen downstairs bar both with fridges. Everything you could need. Big Iceland 2 mins walk. Although I placed a food order from a supermarket to be delivered on arrival. 25min walk to strip. Same to beach. Hosts were very reachable and never bothered us. Bars and restaurants 5 min walk. Bus stop bottom of rd. Would definitely return.

No welcome pack or wi fi details, but was given when asked. Could do with more sun lounges, the day bed shown on pics is not there or the hammock. No key fob left for large gate. Some outside areas would benefit from a jet wash. I'm being picky, yes it could do with a bit of attention here and there, but absolutely nothing that would put me off returning.

Perfect for big groups. Amazing facilities, pool area was lovely, everywhere was clean.

There was only 7 sunbeds round the pool - could do with a few more to accommodate the amount of guests it holds.

The location was great, the pool and grounds were lovely

Not clean, dirty underwear found in wardrobe, shower cubicle glass broken, no freezer working when we arrived, oven didn’t work. Air conditioning leaked all over floor. We had to buy toilet rolls as only one provided in each bathroom. No condiments like pepper salt which you would expect. The chopping board in kitchen had rotten meat underneath it which was absolutely disgusting and had been there a long time and smelt.

Our family loved it here

The host was very good and efficient, could easily be contacted. The villa is in a great location, shoos near by and the bus stops are just round the corner. The outdoor seating area was perfect for our family of 8. The bbq facilities was so handy for us too. Overall the place is fantastic.

The was a few faults with the villa but its new on the market so will probably be sorted soon.

Habitaciones amplias y muchos cuartos de baño, haciendo fácil la estancia de toda la familia de forma cómoda. La piscina y el exterior está muy cuidado

Escasa o nula limpieza en general. Falta de muchos utensilios de cocina así como productos de limpieza. Las camas están en muy mal estado, muy incómodas. El agua caliente no funciona muy bien habiendo tantos cuartos de baño. No está preparada del todo para el invierno
