The Location was excellent for us . Mr Gytis was very helpful. The appartment was clean, and adequately equiped. The veiws fro the sea facing side were great. We didn't hear much noise from the street or close by bar

The extra charge for WiFi. Having to collect the keys from the office ,or pay extra to have them delivered . Having to drop the keys back to the office on departure. The deposit system is through different websites which are not easy to navigat ,and general managment could very easily be simplified . There should be a simple key safe for arrival and departure,or delivery of the keys should just be included in the cost . Nobody likes "extras" and I doubt anyone would notice the €20. Why you can't simply leave the keys in the appartment on deoarture is frustrating and difficult to understand,as the door is self latching ,and there must be keys for the cleaners surely ? All in all it was a good appartment for the money and I would book again ........but a few simple an cheap customer service changes could make it great !

Oud ,versleten en oncomfortabel appartement in tegenstelling tot al de rest. Duurste app tot nu toe reeds gehuurd en meest verouderd en versleten . Reis afgebroken na 3dagen!! Nog extra 30euro moeten betalen om sleutel te krijgen omdat we op zondag arriveren wat men toch ook weet toen ik het boekte. Afstandsbediening van airco niet aanwzig om electriciteit uit te sparen denk ik? Bankstel viel letterlijk uit elkaar van versletenheid en bedekt met lakens die ook weleens gewqssen mochten worden op zijn minst!!!! Gewoon afrader
