Would not rebook

Location and view amazing. Apartment roomy and ok for 4 , 6 at a push as only 2 bathrooms, the bathroom en suite was fine, the separate bathroom was grimy, looked dirty, sink trap leaking, no loc k on door. Provided one sachet of washing up liquid and a sponge, no dishwasher tabs, and 1 toilet roll pet bathroom for a week!

Firstly the arrangements for key collection is top of avinida Europa. At 5pm, €45 euro extra for early check in, so you need a taxi or walk with cases 30 mins to get keys and they want them back to there. I refused and arranged to leave in apartment as our transfer was fom old town.Bathroom need reform, also on friday and Saturday in January so no idea in other months, the two bars opposite blared music till 4.30 am, and people shouting and drunk in street. therefore, no sleep!

Fantastic location if staying near old town if looking for authentic Spanish atmosphere

Location. Spacious for 3 persons. Lots of storage facilities. Felt safe despite not have a safe in apartment. Big balcony. Coat and shoe stand was a good touch. Large kitchen. Large bedrooms. Plenty of seating areas.

Air con didn't work . Dark corridors. Smelly and damp kitchen . Dirty floors . Ants. Fluff and debris u der beds . Dirty shower floors which were slippery. Noises from 3 disco bars not made aware of and sound proofing did not work at all. Decor a little tired. No welcome back regarding instructions with air con or places to visit. Treacherous steps to the beach.

Amazing!!

Stayed in January for 6 nights, a group of us. Absolutely perfect location, 1 minute walk from the centre/old town, beautiful sea view!! First time in an apartment and would highly recommend this. Will definitely be booking again!!!

A lot of the shortfalls were compensated by the location but this could be an amazing place with a little work to bring

Amazing location that could not be better. Steps from the building straight onto the beach with a shower to clean off the sand.

Just needs a “little love” to make it look more comfortable. Bare sideboard/displace cabinets looked odd, the sofa could do with a clean and neither bathroom sink plug worked. Main shower door smashed and curtain added that flooded the room if you were not careful.

Excellent central appartment

The view. The location. Private steps leading down to the beach.

Key collection, office on outskirts of town and shut. Makes it difficult for airport transfer return; they want to pick you up from where they dropped you off. No WiFi or English TV. No bin bags. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. No washing detergent. No corkscrew. No beach towels. So have to go supermarket straight away. There was no information - we didn't realise there was private steps leading down to the beach until fourth day. Air con would be nice in living room and third bedroom. These are all minor points, the view from the balcony and central location make this an excellent choice - would go back.

Tuvimos altas espectativas pero nos equivocamos. Empezando por la devolución de la garantía, 15 días hábiles nos parece

Nos encantó la vista y la ubicación.

Falta de limpieza, la casa necesita mantenimiento, falta de aire acondicionado, solo hay en 2 habitaciones, el otro cuarto tiene un ventilador, el resto de la casa, no lo tiene. de los 2 juegos de llaves que nos entregaron, solo 1 funcionaba súper bien, el otro no, no habría todas las puertas. Tener en cuenta que el plazo de reembolso de garantía son 15 días y me parece demasiado.
