About this apartment rental
Exclusive apartment on the beachfront Levante, Benidorm, next to the old town and with access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, (master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and Smart TV) and capacity for 4 people.
Apartment of 131 m² built, completely renovated and furnished with taste, with large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation, 3 Smart TV TVs, iron and hairdryer.
The American kitchen with induction island is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, dryer.
The nearest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters away in the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. After 5 days, it compensates for the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park and the rate may vary. It is a service that is alien to us and they must contract with the car park directly.
- The delivery of keys and the check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King. For arrivals during office hours, coordinate with the check-in agency at the accommodation.
- A deposit of 200€ is withheld on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00am

Beautiful apartment, excellent location in the old town with stunning views. We were able to check in early as we had an early flight which was brilliant.

The location is wonderful. Right in the old town and easy access to Levante Beach and the bars/restaurants along the front. The view from the apartment is incredible. Very large place too so plenty of room for 4 people. WIFI is very fast and easy to connect to. The kitchen is very nice with lovely appliances also. Beds are large and comfortable and the showers were strong with plenty of hot water.
The glasses and plates provided were of quite a basic standard and there were not very many of them. The ironing board was a wreck which made ironing clothes difficult. The TV is too small for the size of the living room. Also, the apartment next door had a 72 hour party (day and night) with music blasting through the walls of our apartment - not the fault of the apartment but important to understand if you are a family, (although you couldn't hear the music in the main bedroom). Pickup for the keys is a bit of a pain as you have to walk 15 minutes to go get them and then take them back.

Late night noise at the weekend which goes on till the early hours. Minimal basic contents Uncomfortable patio furniture Took to long to return deposit It was an absolute nightmare collecting and returning the keys as there were massive road works, cost us a fortune in a taxi. Key situation require simplifying

The apartment was amazing - so clean. Comfy sofas, large balcony with great views. Great location to both the old town and beach front.
Rental company correspondence and instructions. Getting a reply was a long wait, no instructions in apartment (like where to empty bins, etc) only thing in apartment was how much we get fined if we stole bedding?
