Penthouse Apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 100 m² beautiful and spacious, with direct access to the beach and sea views.

It has a lift, fenced plot, 20 m² terrace, ironing board, high-speed internet access (wifi) via fibre, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Smart TV.

The independent kitchen, with induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

Excellent location, very close to the beach, in the middle of the old town and new town . Very quiet on a night considering how close it is to everything. Great facilities in the apartment, kitchen was well equipped with most things you would need for a holiday apartment, very very good wifi . Nice terrace . Nothing to dislike The only thing was the key pick up and drop off but i did know about this beforehand, it's a half an hour walk there and back from the apartment.

Location is perfect quiet yet near to everything beach old town and strip huge balcony clean apt and great bathroom and lighting comfy beds and sofa and sun loungers and Aircon and good WiFi small kitchen with no oven had power trip and the switch board was covered with a picture so couldn't find it for a while

Excellent apartment, great location. Very comfortable and so nice to have the outside space. Kitchen small but adequate. Nicely situated between the Old Town and the strip with plenty of places to drink and dine nearby. More pillows would have been good. Only one long one per bed and it wasn't quite enough.

The apartment was beautiful. It had everything you needed. It was right on the beach and it had lots of bars and shops around so not to far to walk in the heat. The cafe underneath was brilliant. Very cheap and they staff were lovely. The shower was amazing, very powerful. The beds were very comfy, and the air con came in very handy in 39 degrees sun. The lift kept breaking down on the 2nd floor. What we had to do was go back down and then press every floor in the lift to get it to the top as we were on the 6th floor. This didn't happen all the time but it was a pain.

The apartment itself and terrace were amazing for what we needed. Clean, spacious and had all the basics. Great location. It was a bit of building site next to the apartment we were in which we weren't aware of so some very early mornings. Lift occasionally didn't work so 6 flights of stairs was hard going. It was always back in working order quickly. Early morning drop off of the keys could be better.

Fantastic location for a group of friends, 2 mins from beach front. 5 minutes walk to all the pubs & nightlife. Apartment was modern, clean & comfortable. Had everything we required. Will definitely return.

fabulous spacious clean apartment. great location. loved the roof terrace which had the sun early to late afternoon. close by to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. unfortunately the drains had a funny odour which you could smell in the apartment, we believe was due to the recent Benidorm floods as the smell was a lot in the air. other than that it was perfect
