The independent kitchen, with induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash if necessary.

A good-sized apartment on the sixth floor. Large lounge and outdoor terrace. Good patio furniture. Shower room is good. Despite being centrally located, it is quite quiet. It's a two minute walk to the beach and the old town is 5 minutes walk with easy access to restaurants etc.
The kitchen is very small and the cooker hood not working. The pillows are very, very hard. We had a constant problem with the lift, which broke down twice and at other times was intermittent. I had to phone booking. com twice as the management company failed to act quickly enough to repair the faults. No parking and access to unload/load a vehicle very difficult.
