The apartment overall was very ok. Good location, good partitioning, comfortable beds, very easy access.
The kitchen has the minimum necessary utensils.
We really liked the idea that everything can be done online (checkin, "keys").
The building is equipped with an elevator (for those who want it), and on the 9th floor there is a terrace and a swimming pool.
For us it was perfect (with minor exceptions).
The things we didn't like are the following:
The cleaning was non-existent, there was sand on the floor, salt and sugar on the kitchen furniture, hair everywhere, the dust wasn't wiped off.
The towels smelled bad (we washed them immediately).
The duvets were dirty and very thick and fluffy (not good for the summer). We received clean, thin sheets (good for the summer).
In the end, it wasn't that big of a problem, because we did the cleaning ourselves (not everyone wants that).
"Chica de la limpieza" doesn't know what "limpieza" means.

The location was very good. I was not disturbed by any noise. The apartment is modern and comfortable with Netflix. The host answered all of my questions and was very helpful.

Was clean. We had issues with the hot water but the owner was prompt to fix it. It wasn’t anyone’s fault
Was hard to find. The entrance was confusing to enter in the middle of the night. Was no good sights out of the windows.
