Be cautious with the deposit and make sure to clarify your preferences regarding the AC upfront. We had a frustrating experience where they initially asked if we wanted AC, but by the time we consulted with our group, they had already sent a separate payment link. We assumed that not paying the link meant we didn’t want the AC. When we arrived, the AC unit was there, but we didn’t use it at all. However, when it was time to get our 150€ deposit back, they only refunded 96€, claiming “damages,” which included the AC charge, without any concern for whether we actually used it. They weren’t willing to discuss or negotiate. So, be very careful. The place itself is nice and clean, but the amount of paperwork and forms you have to fill out for who stays where is overwhelming. Additionally, be careful with parking if you have a car, as they tend to give you a pass that’s valid for one day less than your actual stay. We ended up with an extra parking fee, but after explaining that the car arrived a day after check-in, and negotiating for 20 minutes (the goodwill came from the public parking operator), they finally understood. In summary, the place looks good and is clean, but the bureaucracy is excessive—you’d have an easier time getting an interview at the Pentagon. Good luck, guys!

the communication with the agent was first class. the only issue we had was the taxi drivers didn’t know where to find t

very spacious, clean and had provisions when we got there that came in very useful as we didn’t arrive until 4am the next day due to being diverted to another airport

it was just a little too far out for us. I got blisters from walking which meant I couldn’t walk properly and had to get taxis everywhere. a wire had also dropped loose on the balcony which was quite dangerous as we all kept tripping over it. I did mention and it will be looked at though.

Great

The location was perfect we were about a 10 minute walk to the town and beach. The pick up of keys was smooth as the collection of keys is in the estate agents beside the apartment block. The pool is a pool in a hotel right beside the apartments as well. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Could have had a pool on sight but it wasn't needed all the time because the beach and the communal pool was close

El apartamento super limpio. Hubo un problema con 2 electrodomésticos que resolvieron de inmediato trayendo otros. La ubicación genial. Cerca de comercios y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Estuvimos 7 personas muy agusto.

Nos gustó todo, pero vimos que en 2 habitaciones NO hay armarios!! Un armario en cada habitación y lo bordan!!

No pagas mucho y no recibes mucho. Con pequeños detalles superaría expectativas.

Lo mejor, la limpieza y la sencillez para la recogida de las llaves.

Que era demasiado evidente el interés por ganar el euro extra. Al llegar, te sorprende ver que de regalo de bienvenida tienes cava, bebidas, patatas fritas, etc. Pero luego te sorprende más que no es un regalo, sino que todo está a la venta, y por el contrario, no tienes gel de baño, ni champú, ni un trapo de cocina. Por otra parte, hay determinadas labores de mantenimiento mínimas, que no suponen un gran coste y no se deberían dejar sin hacer, como tener un microondas cojo, que vierte los líquidos cuando gira, un soporte de la alcachofa de ducha roto, etc.

Todo estuvo mal, el wifi nunca funcionó, los ventiladores el de una habitación dañado y los otros dos andaban más lentos de una tortuga no echaban nada de aire te obligan a tener que pagarle aparte el aire acondicionado por qué el calor es infernal nunca respondían a tiempo los mensajes, la atención un fiasco súper groseros sobre todo la chica que está en las oficinas de atención todo estuvo muy mal pésima la experiencia.

El apartamento muy amplio una buena terraza estaba muy limpio tiene un mercado justo frente lo cual está bien

La nevera muy antigua y no funcionaba bien,el aire acondicionado es portátil solo tendrás aire donde lo instalan y es de pago as demás abitaciones se mueren de calor,los bentiladores de techo no echan nada de aire son para espantar las moscas

Muy buena ubicación, desde allí fue andando a la playa, el casco histórico, mercado y demás lugares. El piso es super amplio con todo lo necesario y una bonita terraza.
