The lettings officer was efficient and friendly. The sofa bed was the best thing in the apartment. Good communication with the office.
The one wardrobe in the bedroom was covered in mould. The toaster was faulty. The bathroom ceiling was damaged with a suspected leak from above. The water was not hoy enough for a bath or shower. The bedroom light did not work. The office did get most things resolved when i reported the issues.
