Would recommend & would happily stay again.

A lovely, clean & tidy apartment. The host was very quick at responding & friendly. Beds were comfortable(we didn’t use the sofa bed). Had everything we needed for our stay including TV with Netflix & YouTube for the children, towels, air conditioning. Neighbours were friendly too.

The property is on the 9th floor & is up a hill but we knew this when booking.

Clean and convenient but this is a 6 person apartment NOT 8

The property was close to the beach front and the nightlife. It felt safe and secure. Short walk to everything you need although up a hill on the way home. It was very clean and had an equipped kitchen washing machine and fridge. It is also cheap. The lady who let us in was lovely, however the owner of the apartment had an attitude when we spoke about the sofa bed issue. He said other people have never had a problem even though I pointed out the reviews said otherwise.

This is not a 7/8 person apartment. It is 6. The sofa bed is 2 odd sized benches that don’t attach together. You have to lie on parts of the frame that stick up all night. It is not a sofa bed. I had the owner of the apartment bring a fold up bed for us after 2 nights of us taking turns on the ‘sofa bed’ throughout the night. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Not sufficient for ‘8’ people. The apartment is in a residential complex made up of lots of blocks of apartments. We booked the taxi into Benidorm using booking.com so they had the address provided by booking.com. We were dropped off 30 min walk away. The taxi company insisted they had taken us to the address on booking.com and wouldn’t come back for us and 8 cases. The lady that let us into the apartment when we eventually got there was very nice and patiently waited for us to arrive but she had to give us lots more details that aren’t on the address on the booking.com listing to explain how to get there. Despite making lots of calls to the company before hand to explain where we were, the taxi that picked us up to go back the airport (who also had the booking.com address) also went to the wrong place.

Good start awful ending

We booked it because we wanted to be away from the noise of Benidorm but still walk there .. so the location was ok . The apartment is bigger than we thought

Beds were awful .. u couldn’t move without them squeaking.. the sofa Bed was uncomfortable.. bedding dated .. cooker Broken but still worked .. but worst of all shocking noise from neighbours for the last 3 weeks of our stay . 2.30 in the morning.. informed the owner who sounded sympathetic but just pasted us back on to booking.com .. who totally ignored us .. so we had too check out in to hotels

Excellent

Really nice, clean, pretty space for 6 of us ladies. Everyone was very happy with the facilities, there was a fridge freezer, iron, microwave, hob etc. Just a short walk to the beach and the strip of bars / clubs. Eugene was very kind, helpful and always accessible through WhatsApp. He allowed us to stay for a late checkout as there wasn’t any guests coming which was very good of him.

The apartment was sparkling clean and the lady who dropped off the keys, Monique, was very friendly, polite and helpful. Great location and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

La vista al mar y un buen aire acondicionado que si refrescaba el piso.

El piso estaba sucio, el baño con olor a orina fatal, matamos varias cucarachas y las camas y mueble del salón necesitan un cambio urgente. Esa es parte vital de una estancia que es el descanso. El piso con olor a cigarro brutal hasta un cigarrillo encontramos dentro de la tostadora. Eso me molestó mucho.

La piscina está cerrada, con el pretexto de ser temporada baja 4 de junio sin embargo todas las piscinas de los alrededores están en funcionamiento, tiene cucarachas, las camas suenan mucho y el sofacama no está en condiciones para dormir, del portal al piso es subida, realmente, no es buena opción, ni siquiera por menos valor del publicado.

Horrible!!!

Me gustaría poner algo positivo pero es imposible.

No apto para ser habitado. Habría que precintarlo y llamar a una empresa para plagas. En menos de una hora salieron 3 cucarachas de un palmo de tamaño. Los colchones de todas las camas horribles: ruidosos, incomodisimos, con hundidos y muelles duros y muy muy sucios, al igual que las almohadas. Todo olía fatal. Indica que hay sofá cama, pero ni puede usarse de sofá ni de cama. De tamaño diminuto (no es el que se ve en la foto). Imposible poder estar sentado ahí sin destrozarte la espalda o el cuerpo en general. Y para dormir está lleno de bultos y tablas duras. Y un largo etc. la peor experiencia que he tenido nunca con una reserva.
