Love this place just wish you could receive the keys at the apartment and an earlier check in.

I love its location, I’ve stayed in this apartment 4/5 times now and definitely will use it again. I return because it has great views off the ocean.

I hate having to collect the keys and return the keys to the booking office, which is 20/30 minutes from the apartment on foot. It’s abit inconvenient with young children and luggage. The 4.30pm check-in is along wait if your flight has you there early.

Value for money, clean and comfortable

Stayed in 11-A for 3 nights. Just myself and a mate. But could easily have had room for a few more and would have been comfortable. Very clean and a terrific location just on the outskirts of the Old Town with an easy walk to the contrasting Benidorm centre. The beach and some very good bars and just meters away and the apartments are above a large supermarket. The Benidorm.booking office is a 15min walk away but once you’ve got your keys and they explained a few rules and expectations, you’re left to it. Easy. Good value for a self-catering stay in Benidorm.

Nice location for both old and new town areas, lovely views. Huge balcony. Everything in the kitchen for a 3 night stay duration. Duvets for chilli nights . Pool looks very inviting, we found it on the last day.

No instructions or details available for practical info, the bins/refuse area was the main query. It's a distance from the office and key collection to the apartment at night with no taxi around. No beach chairs unfortunately. Check out is at the office for 11am, although it says 12 on the door of the apartment.

The location was lovely but the apartment was a little too expensive for the price.

It was very challenging to find the parking in the first place. You have to drive on the boardwalk and enter. Also the parking space is not marked. The key also didn't work on the inside to let the car out. There was a really fusty smell like drains.

Great apartments and very spacious. Enclosed balcony was extra large with a great view over old town and the beach .Apartment had everything needed for a great holiday including a fully fitted kitchen, utility with washing machine and iron with iron board and also chair and umbrella for the beach . The pool was nice and clean but without sunbeds or chairs .location was excellent (or so we taught) just outside old town and next to a supermarket . Apartment had wifi and aircon which was hard to figure out at first. We had to Bluetooth phone to air con and then download an app to control the air con but once we figured it out it worked perfect. TV had loads of Spanish channels and 1 English kids cartoon channel. We got two sets of keys from Benidorm bookings which was great and needed keys to get trough gate, door to the building and door to the apartment so felt very safe. The lifts were great and very frequent .No stags or hen but some lovely Spanish family's

NOISE NOISE NOISE .Km playa on the beach front is party central along with Penelope beach club .Its a late bar and doesn't stop till 6am. Every night was the same old thumping noise that ear plugs couldn't mask. Went down a couple of nights to see what all the fuss was and saw very large crowds waiting to enter Km playa at 1am and 2am. Key collection is a pain as its 20 minute walk away in the blistering heat. Check out is 11am but the walk is still 20 mins away so have to be out of apartment by 10.30 also no rubbish is allowed to be left in the apartment

Got to Benidorm at midnight and had to pick the keys up from the office it’s 20 mins walk away. No one at the office so was like a vending machine style drop key box which was really easy to do , but be so much easier to have a security box at the property and day before we checked out we dropped the keys off as we were leaving at 6 am didn’t want to walk to the office early hours . So had to stay in night before as had no keys to get in and out and only given one set between 6 of us . Other than that no other problems.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet area

Fantastic views, great location and really nice apartment. Would recommend online check-in as it makes picking up the keys so much easier. Great Italian restaurant Va Bene across the road.

Der Ort und Levante Beach sind hervorragend.

Ich musste 200 € Kaution für die Schlüssel bezahlen, die nicht kommuniziert waren. Das sollte man einrechnen. Außerdem waren viele Sachen in der Wohnung kaputt und Türen hatten keinen Schlüssel, in den Toiletten waren Tuchhalter kaputt oder nicht vorhanden, Papierollenhalter war in beiden Toiletten kaputt. Die Schiebetüren ließen sich ebenfalls nicht verschließen. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, alles in der Nähe, die Küche ganz gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist super.

Me encantó la ubicación y la tranquilidad del sitio. Sobretodo la terraza perfecta para desayunar con las vistas al mar.

Estaba bien pero en las fotos parece un poco más moderno de lo que es en persona. No había agua caliente en la ducha. Podrían tener un poco más de iluminación las habitaciones.

La situación del apartamento junto a la playa y en todo el centro de la ciudad. Además hay un supermercado en la misma manzana

La cocina no tiene lavavajillas, el fregadero es muy pequeño he incómodo para fregar, solo dejan un sobre de lavavajillas y una bolsa de basura. El aire acondicionado tiene conductos en el salón y en los dormitorios, pero solo da aire en el salón. La orientación del edificio da al oeste, por lo que a partir del las 3 de la tarde el balcón se vuelve un horno hasta que se hace de noche del todo.
