The location.

All Inc drinks finishes at 7pm, although the staff were polite, they looked miserable, the water from my shower flooded my bathroom. The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment.

Very dated and rooms had lots of damage and poor workmanship ( taps hanging off the wall ) door didn’t lock properly and way over priced for the standard of the rooms

Very disappointed on our check out scenario as that bed would have been already broke 100%

Location was ok except the hill lots of supermarkets and bars close

The lift was falling apart the walls in main corridors on 7th floor was falling apart , we got €250 held as a deposit incase any damages , we were there 4 nights were all very well behaved in regards to being drunk/being loud / boisterous and yet when we checked out this morning one of the most quiet members of the group bed was supposedly broke in which left us €80 down , at no point in our stay were we doing anything to break a bed , this bed was already clearly broken and just got conned out of paying €80 for nothing where the bed was broken it was right under neath , the security guard was in the room 30 seconds and suddenly decided to flip the only broken bed ? Seems very suspicious and was the final straw on a holiday where there is only roughly 40 seats around the pool one day a stag doo of 28 lads alone came so there party would have taken up almost every seat , the long queues at bar as there was only 1 bar open with only 1 serving when there was maybe around 50/60 people arriving each day

Location was great and had the party vibe. Most staff were lovely, very happy to help and nice to chat to.

Quite dated rooms, pool is quite small for the amount of people that can stay at the hotel, don’t get much value for all inclusive as they wouldn’t open second bar until all inclusive was ended regardless of the queues. Had to climb over a bed to get to my own bed, not much room for the price paid to sleep 6 in each apartment. Pool a quite shallow and broke his nose going into the water, there was a sign for no diving but just a printout of paper and not very obvious.

There were quite a few people in our group (including me) who had issues with the payments. We paid, but the hotel said we hadn’t. They had trouble locating our payments. Took a long time to check-in because there was only one member of staff checking people in. Even though there were other members of staff behind the desk.

The worst hotel experience of all time

Nothing, the Hotel should be shut down quite frankly,

The staff were rude, incompetent, unhelpful and are running a scam to take deposits off holiday makers. They claimed a bed had a broken slat. The bed in question hadn’t been used and the room the bed was in, not even entered as my room mates checked into another hotel after the disgraceful behaviour of the reception staff upon check in. The receptionist booked our group into the wrong rooms, then blamed me, we had already checked in online but I was told that meant nothing and it was a waste of time! The receptionist raised her voice and shouted this at me as the first thing she said to me. She then said she refused to fix this issue and we will need to come back at 4 because she is going to the gym?? The worst customer service I have ever experienced. At check out another receptionist laughed as she told numerous people that they had a broke a bed, there were 5 other groups checking out at the same time and she waits until the transfer bus arrives and then tells you that you are being charged so that you don’t have time to question it. Literally laughing at people as she did it, never been so shocked by someone’s behaviour at a hotel in my life. We have filed numerous complaints against this hotel and I recommend cutting all ties before you guys are associated with this hotel. The lift is also a death trap and when it closes the doors they do not re open if someone walks in, a girls arm was stuck in the door and she had to go up 8 floors like that.

A friendly hotel that surpassed my expectations

I could not find any fault with this hotel. our room was clean and comfortable, every single member of staff was kind and helpful, Miguel particularly made sure we were happy and jhonny kept up with us on the bar. We had the best time here and will definitely visit again

Great for stag/hen parties!

The hotel was great for our stag party or 8 people split in to two rooms of 4. There is a great atmosphere at the hotel. The food was great with plenty of options.

The staff were a bit short at the bars. The rooftop bar was closed until after 5pm, with the pool area mostly in the shade, it would have been a great alternative option to hand about. If you are sober the hotel can be very loud in the evenings but it is what it is.
