Collecting keys from safe was perfect for us arriving really late.
Property itself: Light switches in living area didn’t work.
The switch for external light outside small balcony didn’t always work.
The shower leaked through vent above mirror in living area and lastly there were only 2 sun loungers which wasn’t ideal as there was 4 of us staying.
Otherwise accommodation was perfect.

The 3 floor house is situated towards to far end of the Rincon de loix, within walking distance to all amenities.Note the house is towards the top of a quite steep road, near the aqua park.The house is on a private gated residential estate and is spacious comfortable and was ideal for us 4 adults. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipt & excellent aircon.Outside is private & gets sun mainly in afternoon
Bathrooms would benefit from upgrading,however this wouldn't stop us returning to Mar y Montana

Accommodation average. Heating adequate except fire not working. Glass tops on tables loose. Glass display not secured leaning against wall. Not suitable for adults and children a no no. Television useless remote no good .Water missing 36 hours flushed toilets with swimming pool water unable wash and shower. Complained loud banging contuous mon to fri 8am 7pm. Unable stay inside ruined holiday Interhome sympathetic offered inferior apartment not accepted. Compensation requested
