Playa levante: Cosy, simple terraced house "Mar y Montaña", 2 storeys. In the resort 900 m from the centre of Rincon de Loix, on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced). Private: swimming pool (4 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, roofed, parking. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. muy buenas instalaciones y en la cocina había de todo, la piscina es la única pega, es muy resbaladiza, y en una habitación no hay aparato de aire acondicionado, por lo demás muy bien

Solo fuimos una pareja. Queríamos estar lejos de la aglomeración y lo conseguimos. Parking + piscina privada y cerca de Benidorm. Muy cerca hay rutas de senderismo muy buenas para nosotros. Recogida de llaves y atención de la oficina muy buena.

Accommodation average. Heating adequate except fire not working. Glass tops on tables loose. Glass display not secured leaning against wall. Not suitable for adults and children a no no. Television useless remote no good .Water missing 36 hours flushed toilets with swimming pool water unable wash and shower. Complained loud banging contuous mon to fri 8am 7pm. Unable stay inside ruined holiday Interhome sympathetic offered inferior apartment not accepted. Compensation requested
