The view from the apartment and especially from the balcony is really amazing. You can see the sea and the city, but also the mountains and other towns from the windows on the other side. We really enjoyed that. The private parking in the garage was very convenient (but: be aware that the max. height is 2 m - important to keep in mind if you have a bigger car or a car with a roof box). Communication was easy and check-in was simple with the key box.

The apartment itself could use some renovation - it feels like the interior hasn't really been updated for 15-20 years :) The AC works well, but it's not regulated very evenly: on one side of the apartment the air is normal, while on the other side it gets really cold. The shower is very small! Also, the house/apartment rules are very strict (which is something to keep in mind) :) But overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the view is definitely the best part of the apartment.

We kregen drie dagen van tevoren alle informatie, inclusief duidelijke instructies en foto’s. Het contact verliep soepel via WhatsApp. Helaas moesten we door familieomstandigheden iets eerder vertrekken, maar we zouden dit appartement zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Het uitzicht is prachtig, alles was schoon en netjes en het contact met de verhuurder was erg prettig. Het strand ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de terugweg een klim is, maar na een paar dagen wen je daaraan. Ook de parkeervoorziening is goed: ruime plekken direct bij het appartement. De zwembaden zijn schoon en worden goed in de gaten gehouden door de lifeguard. Soms zijn de ligbedjes bij het zwembad bezet, maar in het appartement vind je een bedje dat je zelf mee kunt nemen. Daarnaast is er ook een parasol aanwezig voor een dagje strand.

Mieliśmy pokój 192 na 39 pietrze 3 osoby dorosłe i 3 dzieci. Widok z balkonu nie do opisania trzeba samemu sie przekonać. Jak sie okazało jest to 3 największy budynek w Benidorm i 9 w Hiszpani. Super dostępne 3 baseny idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na terenie basenu dostępna mini siłownia z wystarczajacym wyposażeniem.Wszędzie bardzo czysto. W budynku portier i 6 wind do dyspozycji oraz darmowe miejsce parkingowe.Nowe ręczniki i pościel.Wszędzie klimatyzacja. Właściciele baardzo mili i pomocni. Zawsxe mogliśmy na nich liczyć. Bez problemu udostępnili nam również rakiety tenisowe Cena bardzo przystępna. Wszędzie blisko.Bez dodatkowych ukrytych kosztów Na pewno wrócimy !!!!
