Location was good just not suitable for people under the age of 55 with any kind of walking impairments, due to the hills up from anywhere.
I found the host was rude a couple of times 1st when I asked about the way the deposit was demanded, and 2nd I had a 2nd charge from benidorm sky on my debit card and when I queried this, the host again came across as rude. The payment has now been cleared up with my bank.
