Residence Vacanza Torre Montecarlo

Lovely spacious apartment, two bedrooms, 1 double unsuited beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. Twin room beds comfy. Very friendly lady who greeted us, goid communication, great parking. The apartment had a fabulous terrace with stunning sea views, views of the cross and the mountains. We were left a bottle of water anda bottle of Cava.Would definitely stay here again

Toilet in the hall wasn't flushing, but we fixed it. Apartment up a steep hill, fine for us, but not for anyone who isn't fit.

Nice modern apartment that was clean and well looked after

Our host was very welcoming, the location is great and the view from the hotel is really nice. All rooms had air-conditioning,bathrooms were newly renovated and clean. TV is a smart TV. Kitchen had dishwasher, and coffee machine with capsules, also a kettle and some appliances for cooking. Night shades in bedrooms. Building has a good elevator and parking outside in the closed out area. Overall it was a nice stay.

Bedding and beds left us a bit disappointed. The rest of the bedding that we needed to use for making a sofa bed in the living room was stuffed in an old stinky closet. Would be nice if possibly extra covers or bedding could be clean and placed in wardrobes in the rooms. Kitchen missed any sponge or cloth to wash a dishes.. we stayed one night so luckily i had mine. There was salt and sugar, that's about it. Also neither baking paper or a baking sheet or any form to use in the oven. All of these are not major issues and surely can be fixed for guests' comfort. Guest shower is extremely small, for a man impossible to bend over to pick the shower gel from the floor. A small shelf could be useful. And water pressure really bad, but it might be normal since it's 18th floor.

The apartment appeared beautiful with modern decor but unfortunately they haven't kept up with maintenance and I flooded the bathroom when running a bath as the water came out of the shower head too🫢.

No upkeep on the maintenance side. All the water closet equipment needs attention. As I was a little unwell (stomach bug I think) it didn't make for an enjoyable stay. Also it was a very long way down to the front.
