Pleasant just not for us

The property was very clean and the bed linen etc was crisp white.

The pools are far too small for the amount of people that are there , 7 sunloungers only at 1 of the pools and none outside your accommodation like the picture states ! Mosquitoes are a massive problem here , and flies in the restaurant with no machine to control them or candles.

Fantastic place for families. Two pools are a bonus. Restaurant food was delicious. Staff are so helpful and kind. Accommodation was clean and tidy exactly like the pictures advertised. Easy commute to airport. Had a perfect stay. My children loved the experience. We look forward to coming back. Thanks to all the staff.

Peaceful Getaway

Accommodation good and very quiet, facilities were excellent and staff so helpful.

Too hot to sleep at night without air conditioning being on all night. Also only one bus per hour to and from Benidorm centre.

Out of season stay.

Main bedroom was comfortable, plenty of cupboards to store things. Was very clean, tidy.

Bunk beds aren’t suitable for anyone age 8 and over the top bunk mattress isn’t thick. Kitchens have no oven but we managed everything on the hob.

Campsite

It was nice that Is was not in the center and nice for kids to run around.

Shame there was no mini bus to get into town and needed more food option in the supermarket in campsite. And the bar and restaurant needs to stay open later as like to eat later and relax.

I have stayed at a better campsite in the area

The location was good with a bus route that was a few yards/metres from the campsite, and there was a short walk that took you to the outskirts of Benidorm and to Levante beach. The bungalow I stayed in was nice and clean on the inside with basic crockery and cutlery, a couple of pans, microwave refrigerator and coffee maker. The double bed was very comfortable and there were two single beds in another room that I didn’t use. There was a supermarket on the site that was fairly well stocked and a restaurant offering food and drinks at a reasonable price. There were a few tables and chairs outside if you wished to use them to eat. A small unheated pool was open with a few loungers but the bigger pool area was closed.

I am elderly and have a slight disability so should have requested one of the bungalows adapted for disabled guests I suppose, but on my arrival I was just given a map of the site and very little other information. When I asked if the bungalow was close I was just told ‘no”. The bungalow I was allocated was in the middle of the campsite and a fairly long walk from the reception and restaurant and there was no offer to help me getting to the bungalow with my suitcase. I found the area outside the bungalow was littered with old cigarette ends and leaves. There wasn’t a kettle and the toilet did not have washbasin as this was in the bathroom opposite. When I wanted to leave the site by a gate closer to the bungalow I was told I would need a key fob which was available from the reception desk by paying a deposit. If this information had been given on arrival it would have been more helpful. I also had difficulty finding towels and eventually found them in the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom. There wasn’t any entertainment or social activities on site that I was aware of.

Very clean. Bedding and sheets were spotless. Had everything we needed. The animation/ children’s entertainment was good. Very safe for children. Bar staff were very friendly. Claude, animation man, did brilliant kids entertainment.

It was really good but there wasn’t a kettle which we would have liked rather than a coffee machine

Not as advertised. NO English breakfast. Grill broken not good enough excuse as food should have been fried. NO Shuttle bus to Town. Only in July and August NO Kettle in chalet. When one was requested we were told not needed as there was a water heater. Only heated water was from tap. We later found out from different staff member that we could request a water heater(kettle) from shop Shop very poorly stocked. Not even fresh bread or milk. Mainly just a few tins and cleaning materials
