Lovely property in great location with amazing views of Benidorm & great pool area.

Pool area is lovely but no loungers, maybe owners could put fold up ones in apartment ??? Blackout blind needed for 2nd patio door & better cushions for outside seating area.

The location was very good, the views were amazing. Alex was very welcoming and helpful.

For the amount paid we expected higher standards. Needs a lot of attention with the decor, marks all over the walls within the living area, damage to the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. Glass window damaged with an unknown substance behind the sofa, covered up with a net curtain. Two of the spotlights within the living area did not work. We couldn't work the televisions or the WiFi unfortunately. I think it would be helpful to guests for Alex to message over essential information such as info regarding using the parking facilities, WiFi details before check in. Alex was very helpful but you want to be able to do your own thing not communicating back and forth all the time during your stay.
