PALMA Holiday

It was a lovely apartment. Good location. Very clean.

It was very noisy both day and night. Air con only in the living room. There was a meter for this which wasn't mentioned when booking. Although it had 16€ on it when we got there. We had to ask at reception for the wifi code as it wasnt written anywhere in the apartment. It wasn't a very good signal. There were no toilets near the pool so you had to go to your apartment on the 8th floor for this. One lift was broken when we got there, only 3 people capacity. This was repaired 2 days later. No room to store baggage on departure day. You couldn't use the pool after checkout. Very noisy stag and hen parties arrived on Friday. They were playing loud music around the pool, and drinking cans of beer in the pool.

Such a great central location

This apartment was fantastic. It was in a fantastic location, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action on the strip or in strolling distance of Levante Beach. It was clean and tidy and had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. The owner was great, clear communication and very hospitable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when next in Benidorm.

All good, no complaints.

Very close to strip, and rooms very spacious and clean

We got off to a very rocky start as soon as we arrived to check in. The member of staff was very abrupt and arrogant, he said we hadn't booked a room and that we were at the wrong apartments, he asked to see my booking details and said that they are not palma holiday and that they are called pretty payma, we sat in the reception for a good half hour trying to get through to booking.com to report this, barring in mind this was half past midnight, he eventually rang someone and gave me the phone and at 1st they didn't wanna say it was the right place until I told them I had it booked through Juan and then all of a sudden they found my booking and even knew my name.
