Location great needs an upgrade

Location Clean

Needs upgrading. Single beds very uncomfortable. Need new pillows very hard. One Sofa the back cushion all ripped with filling showing! White furniture needs replacing. Mirror cracked in living room. Could do with a full length mirror in the apartment. Full size ironing board would also be better. A hoover would be a better idea than the dust pan and brush.

The sofa bed was really dirty and ripped and damaged and despite advising the hosts nothing was done to rectify it so 2 of the party had to sleep on just a sofa for 5 nights which was very uncomfortable. No clear instructions on the air conditioning The pool didnt have sunbeds and there were none in the apartment to be able to utilise

. On the good side this was probably the nicest sleep I've had either at home or on holiday, the beds.are 10/10

The sofas were all busted, and a shutter was broken, there was no hand soap or washing up liquid to get started, only 3 toilet roll only small things. I know it's self catering but every place I've booked has a little to get started. Also be good if the key deposit box was closer or in the building.

I like everything but could have some sun loungers to bring with pool as towel destroyed on grass, could give a few more towels! Flat is a bit run down but perfect for us as we were out of the flat most of the days, perfect location

Dissatisfied

The appartment was in a good location and in close proximity to bars and shops

Upon arrival the appartment was not clean, there was blood stains on the sofa bed, a light was broken in the double room and the air conditioning continued to trip out meaning we were too hot when trying to sleep. Checking in and out was a hassle. The lifeguard around the pool was also very strict meaning you cant even throw a ball in the pool. They also kept €70 of our deposit for something that would cost €15 to replace. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The booking should have included free Internet, but this wasn't provided after many attempts to get this sorted., which was a critical aspect of my booking to keep in touch with overseas family. Hence the bad review

the apartment is good size and close to main bars and supermarkets

unfortunately the complex is not family friendly, no lilos no rings or anything in the pool. no fun in the pool, no food no drinks no bags on grass very fussy, but yet you can smoke and nothing said. if you dont comply the busybodies will report you in less 5mins they must sit by the window watching. We saw a lot families never go back to the pool obviously went to the beach. One day a little spanish girl had a ring for over 20 mins then uk family gave there child a ring well the life guard was up in seconds took off spanish girl and up after uk child. so it was ok for spanish but min anyone else its a no. picking up the keys is ridiculous surely someone cld meet you at the apartment. I had informed we were arriving early and was told might get keys earlier and call into office at 3. but no apartment not ready, 3.30 not ready 4 not ready being told dont worry we will ring when ready, thats not helpful.then said anyway check in not open till 4.30. i said ok so will be ready at 4.30 oh we dont know, but surely if checkin in from 4.30 itd be ready by then but no 4.50 when we went in got keys no one rang before that. You only get one set keys which when 6 people its awkward. and air con you would need to be a mind reader. To work it you need press a button under the fuse box in the main bedroom and go bk to kitchen and press it on. how they expect people know this is beyond me. it stays on for 2 hours then. this put me off booking an apartment again esp after i asked can use lilos and was told yes but u cldnt surely people renting out apartment should know the rules of the community.

The apartment was very good The key situation was rubbish having to call for the key at the beginning of the holiday and taking the keys back at the end of the holiday. but everything else was very good Mr @Mrs West. thank you

I’m a 68 year old woman having no sun bEd was awful I can’t sit on the ground.no balcony was a big let down .awful holiday for me and my family from arriving .you let me down badly we arrange with the lady in your office to drop our suitcases off after we dropped our keys and pick up later only no one turned up .we really struggled with the heat dragging suitcases around .the electrics in the apartment were very bad tripping out all the time I did not feel safe .if you had a shower the water came out of the plug socket on the kitchen wall terrifying .

Nothing short of amazing

Large spacious living space easily enough space for 6 adults to stay without feeling claustrophobic.

We were only provided with one set of keys which was a bit awkward at times. Also we couldn’t get the intercom to work so to get into the property we were using phones and the key holder would then have to come down to let us in.

Excellent views and really convenient distance from the strip and also beach

Amazing view of Benidorm and it’s so close to the strip, made our stay so much easier to be able to nip back to the hotel to put phones on charge or to get changed.

There wasn’t anything in particular, we couldn’t quite work out how to properly close the windows so there was a breeze at night which made it quite cold. We also couldn’t work out how to use the heating as it wouldn’t turn on when I pressed the power button.

The apartment was 10 times better than we all expected, my whole group loved the apartment, the location, how spacious and clean the apartment was, everything about it was amazing, we will definitely be booking again.

Loved everything about the apartment but if I had to say something that was missing would be air condoning, it gets very warm and sticky at night.
