The location is perfect you are between the Benidorm steip and the beach you have somewhat of an ocean view as well as the view of the mountains if you sit int he balcony l.
The area around it can be rough however that’s no fault of the property as it has secure gates to get into the surrounding premises and then need keys to get into the building. You do have to be quiet ish after 10pm as there are residents living in the other apartments.

La casa estaba en muy buen ubicación, estaba paralela al paseo marítimo de levante ,zona rincón de loix, la casa limpia y reformada y la terraza con muy buenas vistas.
